3Lovely area to keep horses. Close to trails leading to the beach, free use of indoor arena, extremely knowledgeable barn owner and well kept paddocks.
Love being able to use the arena in all weather. Lots more light now ️
Owners need to update photos to reflect the true current state of their poorly maintained property. Paddocks overgrazed with minimal grass but plenty of weeds and gravel in yards non existent. Yards become large lakes over winter due to poor drainage. Hot wire rarely functioning with frequent episodes of wire snapping and lying in paddock causing hazard to horses. Wash bay has no gravel and is poorly drained, so you wash your horse standing in mud with no safe tie up available as all broken along with the hot water which hasn’t existed for years. Indoor arena and stables filthy and dusty along with the toilets creating a health hazard to both horse and human. Overall a very poor agistment experience and unprofessional business.
