James helped me a lot with my hamstring injury. He has a high level of knowledge in what is required to heal and rehab. The massage is very focused on the injury which is exactly what I need. After a very short period of time I am feeling a lot better and I have restarted physical activity.

Have been too a number of physiotherapist and this is the first time I have been to a myotherapist and can assure you the experience has been thoroughly worthwhile. The difference has been in the time James has spent in finding the route cause of my issue then seeking to resolve, without sending me away to do copious amount of exercises. James has taken the time to understand, resolve and provide valuable advice. It also makes it easier when he allows you to be relaxed and enjoy a quick yarn while he treats the issue (which at times can be uncomfortable). I have found within a fortnight the issue is disappearing unlike some Physio’s who dragged the treatment out for 3 months for the issue to return! As unlike James, he has found the real issue and ensures he resolves it both through treatments and adjustments that were required at home (office desk, chair and screen heights). I highly recommend James if you want the real issue resolved.
