A big thank you to Tim my driving instructor. As someone who has really bad anxiety, Tim made me feel reassured and comfortable during my lessons by not rushing or pressuring to do anything. Tim’s instructing skills were precise but simple which made it easy for me to understand the concept of driving and gave great tips on how to safe safely and avoid/prevent accidents. His positive attitude and words of encouragement/support helped me pass my test and I will forever be grateful for his time.

Tim T was the best instructor EVER, I passed first time after only a few lessons. He gave me confidence behind the wheel and would recommend him to anyone.

Ian is an exceptional driving instructor who possesses more than 30 years of experience.
He taught me the essential knowledge required for passing the driver's license test in a step-by-step manner. His explanations were easy to understand and he helped me to improve my driving skills significantly.
Throughout the practical sessions, Ian patiently taught me basic driving skills and he provided specialized driving lessons tailored to the test course route. His expertise in the test course route allowed me to feel confident and well-prepared on the day of the test.
He offered guidance whenever I made mistakes or encountered difficulties, allowing me to overcome my weaknesses and become more confident in my driving.

I have been afraid of driving my whole life and I finally got my license today! My driving instructors name was Tim and he was just so positive and patient and was really rooting for me to pass! I went from being in my 30s Afraid to drive to being excited to finally being able to drive in my own! Such a great driving school and such fantastic instructors!

I highly recommend Hienz Driving School. The online booking process is very simple and I passed my drive test first go thanks to my fantastic instructor, Andy. He is friendly, patient and encouraging and teaches great tips and techniques to stay safe on the roads. Many thanks to Andy and the Hienz team for helping me achieve my goal!

Highly recommend Andy. He is highly knowledgable about driving and the routes that VicRoads may ask you to take during the test. Additionally, he was very supportive, helped build up my confidence during driving and would always crack a few jokes, making the experience very enjoyable.
