Beautiful authentic Vietnamese food. The broth for the phó was clear and had amazing flavour. The beef and chicken were nice and tender. Spring rolls were golden and crunchy. The Ban Xeo (pancake) was thin and crispy. The pork chop was nicely caramelized.
Service was great - it was a very busy night and the lady did an excellent job in serving everyone efficiently.

Wow, Hue beef noodle soup is so delicious. I've eaten beef noodle soup in many places but I didn't know about this restaurant. It was raining today and tried ordering at Uber. I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations. Because it's in Australia, I don't think the taste will be 100% the same as in Vietnam, but this place is very good

Absolutely love it authentic food soups are great taste the flavours are unique my favourites are Vietnamese pancake, ice coffee, chilli beef just varieties to chose from will be going back for sure well done

The pho broth flavor is reasonably deep and warm, $14 for medium. Half order of spring rolls is available, 4 for $8 (8 for $14). They use red onion for the pickled hanh dam.

Love the chill atmosphere and variety of Vietnamese dishes. Really enjoyed the banh xeo! Would come back for more.

My regular pho eatery has been closed recently which made me look at other options in Footscray. Fortunately, the reviews I read lead me to Hien Vuong. This modest little family restaurant pumps out a most delicious and generous pho. I ate here again today for the second time in a week and thoroughly enjoyed my lunch again. The staff are very welcoming and service is prompt. I think I’ve found my new regular pho restaurant!

Found a hidden gem in Footscray today. People there are realy friendly. Ordered Banh Xeo and Banh Cuon, omg they are delicious! Other items in the menu look good too. Definately come back for more

No Frills restaurant with an extensive menu of Vietnamese dishes at reasonable prices.

If you wat to venture beyond pho, this is a good place to start. Banh Xeo (crispy rice flour pancake), Banh Cuon (steamed rice rolls), Bun Cha (grill pork) are quite tasty and refreshing.

One of the best pho i have eaten! Very reasonable price with a generous portion as well, worth coming for a meal

This is one of the most underrated Pho Dac Biet available in the Melbourne area. The flavour is on point for me, especially on colder days. Their bowl isn't as heavy on the saltiness as some other Melbourne staples, but still deeply satisfying in its flavours. A real hug pho you! I consider it a win, on how well priced it is here, considering some other places charge $20+for a basic sliced beef bowl. Great with a lemonade and some springy's on the side. When in the area, can't go worng - it's definitely worth a shot!

Delicious Vietnamese food, the bun cha is fantastic and spring rolls crispy and generous with the filling. Lots of fresh herbs, the lady owner is lovely and can chat with you all about Vietnamese food and culture. Bun cha $20 spring rolls $14

Best pho ever! I've been going to this restaurant for 7 years and the food never disappoints. The best customer service, the owner is very nice and always looks after her customers. She's a hard working woman and a joy to talk with.she's a gun!

The food here I would rank no. 1 compared to Richmond, Preston, Sunshine, Footscray and Melbourne city

Liked the pho here including the Bun Bo Hue. Excellent customer service. They even brought a new bowl of pho to exchange for the bowl that had turned cold for our guest who arrived later; and even the iced coffee as well. Comfortable and clean setting. Highly recommended.

The best pho in the world and I trust them for over 10 years, the taste is always the same.
Moved out of melbourne for 3 years and on my last visit the owner still remember me and gave me the sweetest welcome and that definitely made the best day when I’m in town.

So much respect for this place and love for food, the best soup and honest good food in Melbourne.
