Amazing service from Steve Shelley in property law to settle a complicated property purchase. Incredibly diligent and left no stone unturned to ensure a smooth settlement. This is the third or fourth time I have worked with Steve and have always felt it’s such a great service and the fees are very reasonable.

We bought and sold properties recently using the Conveyancing service, in particular our experience with Brittni was excellent. She sorted out all issues promptly and proved to be extremely competent and capable and reflects very well on the HOCW firm.

Very unprofessional firm. The worst professional firm I have dealt with. Completely disappointed with the service received. Overcharged, under deliver, poor communication and extremely frustrating experience. Can't even handle a simple property sale transaction. They would not even apologize or give explanation for making "human error" of forgetting to apply for owner corporate certificate that led to delay of house auction. I have never been so let down by a professional firm. I have been waiting for weeks for my refund and still haven't received it. I would give half a star if I could.

Atrocious communication and professionalism by certain lawyers in the team. It beggars belief how those with such experience and education can lack such basic skills. I'll be ensuring that my clients and connections stay well away.

I had Brittni do my conveyancing and she was phenomenal!
As a first home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and she answered all my silly questions that I would have felt otherwise uncomfortable asking and broke everything down so it made 100% sense and I knew exactly what I was getting!
Not only that, she made sure I had all the information and assisted me in asking question I didn’t know to ask of other people when buying a house!
Process was see less and made so much easier than I would had ever expected.

I want to say how impressed I was with Vincent Caruso initially then with Bradley Nicholl in my recent mediation in which I needed lawyers that really knew their stuff.
