If you see Hickory noted as the builder, stay away.

I moved into an apartment in June 2021 and many of the defects are still outstanding. The outside area is also an unfinished construction site - almost 18 months later. The builder will ignore your calls, blame the contractors, say they'll fix something then backtrack - pretty much do anything possible to avoid doing their job. Customer Care will claim that items are not defects and put the onus on you to find evidence that their terrible workmanship constitutes a defect.

Their apartment Leaking water everywhere.
Bathroom, rooftop, can be very dangerous but they the builder want to come to fix it only after 6 weeks.
Very irresponsible and disappointing.

I own an apartment in Arden Gardens. I bought this because on first sight they clearly were made for quality living, not like some flat-pack junk apartments out there. Well, 6 months after moving in a light globe went out and after calling Tony at 11am the electrician fixed it by 3pm same day. I am very very pleased with Tony service and Hickory. Thank you.

For the last few months
Have had the pleasure of dealing with Blake in customer care. Not only is he professional and punctual, but deals with issues and promptly resolves! He is one that actually courtesy calls if delayed or cannot make it!
