Amazing food, amazing service. Got greeted with a very nice and big welcome, then amazing service as I was offered to sample some of the food seeing as I hadn’t been there before and it was flawless. Nothing short of amazing. Got some of the ribs, Mary lamb chicken and rice in a meal that was very very good value, $16.50 for a meal I could barely finish. Definitely recommend it and the best food I’ve had in a long time

Disturbed by the way they treated a pregnant girl using the 'public' toilet, calling her a drug user or crackhead. Pregnant woman need to go to the toilet. Atrocious. Don't do business with these people. Absolutely the most horrible people I've seen run a shop. Shame, shame, shame on all of you so called people.

An absolutely Amazing business and the customer service from staff is 10/10, they are all so welcoming and provide exceptional service.

Well deserving of 5 stars and a 10/10 rating.

A few months after doing this review, I stopped going as I found the girls have dropped their hygiene standards. Twice I tried going back, but they need to go back to basics in making quality food. Hygiene is questionable as I got food poisoning

Our first time here and after reading great reviews we drove almost two hours to check out this place… and I have to say it was WORTH IT! First of all the customer service was AMAZING! Even though they ran out of pork buns (not surprised) there were still other varieties and we got suppers and I have to say 10/10! The feeling after receiving such excellent customer service is beautiful? Thank you to the beautiful ladies that served my partner and I today after a long drive! Worth it

The workers there need to stop thinking they’re Beyoncé and smile! Make sure the food matches your attitude! Chop suey was salty. Chicken was dry like the Sahara Desert. Was disappointed as I wanted my friends to try islander food and it was just embarrassing

Great service, and fantastic food. Portion sizes are generous. Customer service was awesome and full of laughter. Highly recommend the visit. Owners are welcoming, loveable and friendly. Will return again

Pig head was well cooked and their supper plates were bomb and affordable. THAT mango otai THOUGH! Was AMAZING! 10/10

So they have deleted my review on their page. Seems like they can't take in any criticism. But I'm going to say it here. Their food was not great. The chop suey was very salty and overcooked. The honey fried chicken was 90% batter and the chicken was so small. The pork bun was what I was looking forward to the most was extremely disappointing! The meat and the bun was VERY DRY. The only thing that was very good there was the Otai (and it wasn't even theirs!). Hope they work on their food and improve it. But looking at how they deleted my review shows that they think they don't need improvement. So don't bother wasting your time and money at hibiscus.

On our way back from Phillip Island stopped by Hibiscus Pacific Goods, Food was awesome! Wish we tried all but defs recommend the Pork on rice cheers guys.

I love all Island Food establishments as its a tadte of home. The chop suey is yummy but could use boneless meat and add a little flavour

A nice Small Store with Great customer service, Always smiling and serving Awesome Island Food especially their Pork Buns and Roast Pig, also Can’t go wrong with their Honey Chicken or Kransky’s! A good place to also get your Pacific groceries such as Taro, Green Banana’s and Goodies from the Islands and NZ!

Very transparent, open kitchen you can see them making the food. It’s good food too. Do recommend.
