Its such terrible experience! My partner purchased screen protector samsung galaxy ultra 22 which they claim the best quality.we paid $59 for it but we got the bad quality screen protector ever! With the poor quality screen protector and product are very over priced.but lucky they refunded and we will never come this shop again.thanks

Purchased a screenprotector last month which is bubbling. Went back to store & was told it only had 2week warranty. What a rip off tbis store is. Paid $50 alao purchased a flip pouch. Girl in store very rude & bad customer service. Will never use this store and I advise you to think twice before purchasing from them.

My wife was sold a tempered glass screen protector for $30, we found out after the fact that she could have purchased a very similar product for $5 from another retailer a few doors down. We wish we looked.

The screen protector had a crack run right through it after one week of typical use. They refused to do anything at first when my wife brought the screen protector back to ask for a repair or replacement. At best they offered to install another screen protector for another $15 when I went in to complain. They laughably blamed the genuine Apple brand case saying that it put pressure on the screen protector’s edges and that they could not guarantee the quality of the Apple case. The screen protector did not touch the case and HiTouch recommend this particular screen protector, promising that it was compatible with the Apple case at the point of purchase.

They also had to unstick and re-stick the protector as they put it on with the sales assistant’s hair caught beneath the glass who played dumb when it was pointed out, this meant that a light dirt ring quickly collected around the edges of the screen protector.

I left without any resolution through HiTouch Mobile and one of the other mobile accessory stores a few doors down installed another protector for $10. Their receipt also outlines a clear written warranty policy on the receipt.

There are perhaps a dozen stores like this in the centre who offer the same services, I suggest that you try any and all of them first.

I got the whitestorm dome glass for my phone from this store, and the fingerprint was working fine. Later got it replaced due to bubbles, and after replacing it the fingerprint never worked. They use cheap, low quality products for warranty and repairs if a customer returns.

Honest repairers, unlike the other ones I have come across in the centre. Came in with a black and broken screen, they explained to me the situation and the possible solutions, sent it away for a reasonable fee to get a quote, they identified the solution and reparied and my phone if functioning and works well. May be a bit of a wait because they send it away. But definitely trustworthy in terms of their repair service. Don’t waste your money at other stores in the centre that claim they can repair your phone on the spot but then to have further problems occur that were not specified. Hi Touch mobiles delivers great service and communication skills, thank you.

Got a glass screen protector fitted 1 month ago and is starting to peel of and the girl in the shop told me it’s because the phone gets hot and the glue lets go. Why would you put a product on the phone that will not last if you know it’s going to peel off. Bad attitude, bad customer service, very poor products.

WOW! What an experience its been it deserves a ZERO star rating. Today i went and purchased a screen protector for $29 from the shop at 1420 and by 1530 it was starting to peel off. So as a normal customer went back to the store saying that its peeling the answer i got was ur phone is a curved phone so its normal and they cant do anything about it. As a customer it is my fault that i didnt know that the $29 screen protector will peel off in 70 mins. Please avoide the store there are other stores around the center who will atleast treat you like a customer. Now i have rasied this issue with their head office lets see what they think about this.
