Horrible service. Visited the store to buy an ipad cover on the 18th Nov around 12.30pm the last who works there is on her mobile phone. Busy texting someone and not willing to show the covers. When I asked to show the covers the response I got was look through the cabinets.

The staffs are so nice & supportive. Services are always so quick. I usually comes back to buy new cases and do repairs here!

Beware of low quality battery replacements. Purchased one on 25th October & the battery had been performing poorly within weekshowever we did not notice the swelling as the phone was in a cover.

Took the phone back to Hi Touch Chadstone yesterday & immediately the staff member was trying to dismiss the issue by saying even Apple only warrants for 6 to 12 months.

When I showed her that we had purchased 3 months & 3 weeks ago she then told me that their warranty was 3 months & that she would discounts a new replacement battery.

Joke of a company their products are faulty as screen protector that doesnt protect the screen but charge 60 bucks for something that doesn't work gp figure such a scam of a shop
