After we started to lose signal on all our TV’s we contacted Hi-Gain. Justin had me an estimate the same day, and even provided some tips over the phone to try resolve it myself. Work was completed quickly and to a high standard, with a new antenna/amplifier installed, 2 new points added and all existing points upgraded to f-type. Couldn't be happier with the service and the outcome, highly recommended.

This is the fifth time I have dealt with this outstanding company over many years. Each and everytime Justin has provided me with the most fantastic results including equipment and price and best of all reception. This time around the installer Mikey even went out of his way to teach me things about my current television that wasn't even in the manual which in turn gave me a whole collection of new channels.

I live in a highly complicated, internet troubled corner of Surf Coast where we will never get NBN and are reliant on mobile broadband. Somebody suggested Higain to me as my best choice to resolve our internet access woes. In good time, Justin and his crew came out and did an assessment, and very openly confirmed that our location made things very complicated. Still, he set up his 'best effort' antenna for us to trial over the course of the week, checked in by phone to see how we were going a few times, and then pretty much suggested that we should NOT bother buying the set up since it was only making a small difference. I can't recommend Higain more for their technical knowledge, good service and great integrity.

I found the person at the store (Justin) and the installer (Mikey) very helpful and very knowledgeable. The antenna replacement was done quickly (within 24 hours) and very professionally. The price was reasonable and was exactly as they had estimated over the phone.

After having problems with my mobile phone cutting out alI of the time I decided to make a few enquiries. I contacted Hi-Gain Antennas to see if anything could be done. A couple of friendly guys came out and had it sorted within a few days. Very happy to be back online again.

Called in for an upgrade to a digital antenna and pixelation was driving me crazy. Friendly staff member gave the the correct antenna for my area and gave good advice for installation.
Perfect reception now, even picking up Shepparton and Wangaratta regional channels.

We encountered some problems with our TV reception in our house that we bought eight months ago. Not only did these guys come out within a matter of hours of calling, they fixed the problem in no time and explained how we could avoid it in future. Service excellence at its best.

HiGain both installed our antenna and yesterday came to service it due to failing reception after four years. Turned out more mobile phone towers were causing high levels of interference, a quick fix and now we have perfect reception again! Thanks to the team at HiGain, keep up the excellent work.

A problem with cockies chewing through the coax and subsequent moisture ingress to the splitter caused me to call out these guys. Very friendly service with help and advice prior to the call out, while I tried to isolate the problem.
Had to call for help as there was no way of me climbing on the roof of a two storey building any more.
Luke not only fixed the primary problem but prevented a few future problems as well for a reasonable price.

Hi-Gain have completed speaker installations at 4 clients' homes recently and we've been impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Highly recommended.
