Purchased a set of Tellurium Q Ultra Black ii speaker cables from Geoff at Heynow HiFi.
Such a lovely guy to deal with. Cables arrived sooner than expected & I am very impressed with the quality. A great step up from my QED Silver Spiral.

Geoff really knows hifi. Add to that a great person who listens, then gives excellent advise. Very easy and professional to deal with. He'll go the extra mile to make sure you are set up properly and leave you happy with the choice you made.

I had been planning to update my hifi speakers for 12 months, reading and cross-checking reviews. Eventually I was ready to buy, or thought I was, when Harbeth speakers came onto my horizon and this required a reset. I was able to connect with HeyNow Hi-Fi which stocks a number of brands relevant to my hifi interests. I had two demonstrations at HeyNow and Geoff was great: listening to my thoughts, a little direction and then allowed ample time for me to go through my “demo listening“ list. I was committed to the Harbeths on the first demonstration, and on my second demo, I decided to take another upgrade step and matched the Harbeths with a Copland hybrid amp and the result was sweet. Many thanks to Geoff for an informative and unobtrusive approach.

Geoff and Garrett are the best in the business. Very professional and knowledgeable they both helped me out as i didn't know much at all about Dolby Atmos how its meant to be set up. The type of speakers i needed with my current system. So glad i went with these guys and listened to what they had to say. I needed a new 4k receiver as i had issues with my old one trying to work with my 4k projector. Thanks to Geoff and Garrett my system was upgraded to a whole new level. I will always highly recommend HeyNow Hi-Fi you guys are just fantastic and did a great job installing thanks to Garrett great work with everything keep up the great work i just wish i knew about HeyNow Hi-Fi much earlier.

I have been a customer of Geoff’s for about 4 years now. I have bought DACs, headphones, speakers and now even a very colourful integrated amplifier from him.

I started with a DAC for my headphones. When I first walked in, the experience there was like no other high end shop I had been in. It was purely about the product and how things worked. In principle, but most importantly, for YOU. The way Geoff can nuance a product to its buyer is unmatched. I had never thought that 5 years ago, that today upon writing this I’d be looking at my integrated amp that I just bought thanks to him. The way he accommodates people and his ethics wouldn’t have made this possible for me otherwise. I felt heard, and as an autistic someone, to have my sensory needs understood in a way that felt satisfying to me is very uncommon. But, that wasn’t the case at all. His knowledge, understanding and zealous drive to make sure you get what you want or be shown something you didn’t even know was possible is what keeps me coming back. There’s a very natural way about him and his business that I think many people could and should learn from. Honest business is a rarity these days, but here’s someone that gives you a feeling like you’re learning more about yourself through sound and very good conversation.

Thank you for getting me on this road Geoff. All this has been life changing and I can’t wait for what’s next!

I have dealt with Geoff now for several purchases over the past three years. He has always provided sound (!) advice and is prompt and efficient. I also feel comfortable discussing hi fi related topics, as Geoff has an open minded approach to the many different paths we take up the ‘listening to music’ mountain.

Booked an appointment with Geoff to listen to a complete system based around a Lavardin/Harbeth combination. Geoff was very generous with his time and was not pushy. I was looking for a CD based system and am very happy with what I purchased. Warmly recommended.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Goeff at HeyNow Hi-fi.
I brought a second hand set of headphones from a fellow Audiophiler which unfortunately became faulty under warranty.
Geoff was amazingly helpful and honoured the warranty claim, no questions asked! I know other stores would have just thrown out the claim saying warranties cannot be transferred - your problem etc. He was also kind enough to let me choose a different colour - service at its best.

Geoff was easy to speak with and had a delightful manner over the phone. I went ahead and agreed to purchase a dac for, to me, a large amount (never spent that much on an audio equipment). I had to chase him to settle the balance since his invoice specified a due date. He then promised to ship the item the following day. That didn't happen. At this point, I was very much concerned - and stressed, given the amount that I already paid (and given that scams were in the news). I had to chase him again. He said he was very busy and didn't have anyone to help him. He then promised to ship the item first thing the following day. I didn't receive any word the following day and I had to follow up again around 2pm. I finally received an email with the tracking number around 2.30pm. This was the only time I was able to 'breath! '

The experience, especially since I didn't know Geoff and haven't dealt with him before and I was not in Melbourne, was stressful.

I have to say, though, that I am pleased with the dac I got.

Geoff was great to deal with. He didn’t have the exact Yamaha that I wanted in stock so he upgraded me to the next model up at no extra cost. Thanks Geoff!

Bought some power cables from Geoff. Not a huge purchase but Geoff was very responsive, even replying by text late in the evening.
This attention to customers bodes well. When I need to upgrade anything I will certainly look here first.

Geoff was a legend, ended up purchasing a set of KLH model 5s from with (without the missus knowing). Seamless, paid on Friday and they arrived on Monday. Highly recommended
