8Rude, rude, RUDE staff! I can’t give a 0 for the service. If i could, i would. Never had a problem until today. So off-putting. I was there on Friday, 14/9 at around 5pm.
When I’m in a rush, Hero Sushi is a quick grab and go option. Place is usually clean with instant checkout once you know what you’re feeling for. Not the greatest sushi I’ve had but good enough. The spicy prawn rolls are the best.
Got a couple of crispy chicken and cucumber rolls for my daughter and it was atrocious. Not only the chicken was so dry the cucumber in it was just skin. Not happy and definitely not returning to buy others from there again.
Staff really look as though they hate their jobs and lives.
The crunchy packs have now been made with 8 pieces instead of 10 for the same price.
Also they're becoming sloppy and lazy usually crunchy tuna has a yellow sauce and a spicy orange sauce.the pack I bought had just the spicy sauce. Come on man I've been a loyal cusromer for 2.5 years
Do you bloody job properly were work for our fkn money
dont play with people's money or food or you'll continue to get bad reviews and loose more customers.
Now have to hunt for a another sushi shop
Also have to ask for your chopsticks and condiments there is no customer service left had to turn back to walk to the shop and grab the wasabi etc.
Should be ashamed.
Usually order online to take away but the food is always amazing. Best sushi/sashimi I’ve had outside of Japan. The tempura prawn is hands down the best thing I have ever eaten.
I love the sushi here especially their crunch packs… but they’ve started putting corn flacks on top of the crunch packs which is very disappointing. I want sushi, not cereal.
Place was very dirty, all tables were full of rubbish and also the floor. Tried the sushi, it looked like it was there for a while, didnt taste fresh at all! Tried the sweet and spicy chicken, it was awful! Didn’t look nothing like the photo! I asked for a ginger ti have with my sushi, lady wanted to charge me $2,30! After paying almost $4 for one sushi roll! Worst japanese place I have ever been! Never coming back!
