During a leisurely exploration of Melbourne with my partner, we chanced upon their pop-up store and experienced outstanding customer service from Hongky, a salesperson.

His assistance was so remarkable that we couldn't resist purchasing Christmas gifts for my wife and myself. Thanks a bunch, buddy! Wishing you and your fam a Merry Christmas!

I would highly recommend this pop up store for their outstanding service and high-quality products. I was greeted by the security guard while waiting in the queue. SA Helen was here to assist me, she is professional, friendly and helpful with the products. Like the other stores, the products are low in stock normally. I still got the one I prefer.

One of the worst customer service provided by a luxury brand company.

The SA was literally bored to be there. Didn’t even smile, was so impatient and rude. AND! Had the audacity to look down on customers? !

Dude was literally on the phone whilst attending to me. God knows what he was doing.

Should have gotten his name! He shouldn’t even be working there, such a disgrace.

Great service! I recently visited the Collin St Boutique and was served by Vicky, she was very friendly and welcoming and thankfully helped me find the perfect pair of Oran Sandals I was looking for.

Thanks so much for your recent assistance with my watch. I'd have to say that Gulianda was fantastic at keeping me up to date with what was going on (it had to take a little trip to Singapore) and made sure I got it back safe and sound. And of course I had a little shop when I went in. Appreciate the great service.

We were greeted by a security guard who gave strict instructions, ordering us to wait inside the boutique entrance. After about a ten minute wait, we were greeted by a friendly sales associate downstairs. We made our way upstairs to shoes and a sales assistant named Tran assisted me with the jumping boots. His manner was genuine, friendly and you could tell he really wanted to make a meaningful connection with me. What a lovely experience.

It was my first time visiting the store. I’ve had Hermes bags, but all purchased overseas. I queued outside the boutique for more than 45mins, but ended up leaving after entering the store for 10mins.

SA didn’t struck a conversation with me or even greeted me. She acted like I was a burden to her or maybe she was thinking that I was only there to waste her time and lose her commission.

I was ready to drop $$$ on any item I could’ve imagined.

Biggest mystery is that why luxury employees act like they have more money than their clients.

So sad to hear that people have had bad experiences here because I visited the store Sat 11 Feb and had the greatest experience with Jony. I’ve visited the store maybe once in 2017 but am definitely not a regular and know no one there. I was waiting about 10 mins max before being let inside, was immediately greeted by Jony who was one of the most wonderful SA’s I’ve ever met (second to another SA who incidentally is also from Hermes but Gold Coast).
He talked me through products, styles, brand history; his passion for the brand was evident. He offered me a drink, spent at least an hour with me and was polite, patient and happy to talk about the brand/process/ethos; he made my first bag purchase experience far beyond anything I could’ve imagined.
It was clear that on a personal level Jony cares about creating personalised lifetime experiences for not just his established clientele but truly anyone that walks in the door like me! He truly surprised and delighted and that was a purchase/memory I will never forget. Thank you Jony!

I have been to many Hermes stores around the world, this store is the most disappointing one. Not professional or passionate, I felt like I knew more about the basics of Hermes than the SA there.

The SA was clearly sick or had an allergy, they should at least wear a mask. Really put a damper on my shopping mood.

Wait for 15minutes, And finally the SA came, had no spirit, no smile. She’s not even say a word when she’s get the item I want. Will not go back there again.

Waited about 25 mins in the queue before being attended to by a SA. (I’m fine with this) The staff did offer us bottled water while we were standing in line.

Just like many other Hermes boutiques around the world - they are pretty low in stock for many of the items. While the SA was friendly and approachable, I didn’t manage to get any of the items or footwear that I wanted.

Bad customer service by the salesperson name Olivia, she was so arrogant like she’s the one who owns Hermes. Looking up me and my husband up and down like we don’t have money. I think she need more training how to engage with customers.

Had a wonderful time exploring Hermès’ leather goods with Lauren at the Collins Street store a couple weeks ago. She’s a seasoned fashionista who was extremely attentive towards my preferences and was so knowledgable about the brand and it’s artistry.

I returned the item that i bought online directly to the store and after nearly 2 weeks was wondering that i havent got any refund or confirmation email. I had to call the store several times but no answer, I emailed the SA that handled my return process but also got no reply.finally i decided to call the customer service and turns out my item hasnt been sent and i have to wait another 1-2 weeks for my money to get back. This is a reputable brand but sadly no professionalism, I know that some customers are new but i feel they’re entitled to the same service standard

I have purchased many Hermes products before. Went to the Collins street store in Melbourne and was treated really poorly. The doorman was cold, disengaging and pretentious. There was literally one customer we could see inside the store and we were made to wait outside in the cold.
Finally we were allowed in but was literally stopped a few meters from the door by sales lady who was completely unhelpful, lacked any experience with their products. Did not offer to show any other products and pretty much couldn’t wait to see us leave.
I expected way better from a brand like Hermes. You need to get these things sorted out or it will cast a dark shadow on your brand name!

Waiting time to ridiculous long. I didnt have a booking and been waiting outside the store for and hour.
Took an appointment otherwise don’t bother. Oh prepared to call a few times as they don’t answer the phone straight away.

Staffs at the door have no clue what will happen or how long the waiting time would take. Time management?

I will never make another purchase again i swear to god. Seriously call yourself a high end brand?
