Hermès Chadstone

Shopped here with my partner over the long weekend and was pleasantly surprised, very polite and helpful staff.
Which was completely opposite to the staff at Louis Vuitton Melbourne Collins St.

Not a good experience waiting at the entrance of the store until you can get inside. Don't understand why there has to be a security outside the store with so much drama.spoils the entire shopping vibe.need to improve the store outlook too

I visited the Hermes boutique on a quiet afternoon of 22 September.

There was no-to-little queue outside the shop. I was only in to browse something, but got some goodies instead.

The SA who served me was called Tiffany, she was a bit quiet and didn’t talk much and didn’t gave me any cards.thinking that I won’t be shopping with her much. Still got what I wanted. I missed shopping where the SA is a bit more enthusiastic.

Poor customer service. Staffs not sure how to wear a scarfs.

I asked picture that i wanted but they could not find at all.

Plenty of choices and would recommended of products but not for customer service!

It is important that they should know what customer wanted rather just stand there and look at it doing nothing, because it will bring expand of our options.

Quality is really good, i recommended gift of scarfs with kind prices as well.

Had a good shopping experience with Esther. Was randomly looking and the store has more pieces and selections compared to my local store. When I asked to see some items, she quickly took from the display and showed us other options from the drawer. She also offered us the picotin when we asked but we didnt get it in the end. Managed to get a twilly and pegase ~ a happy customer. Keep up the good work. Hope to return soon

Probably the most underwhelming shopping experience I’ve had so far. Left a bitter taste on me. I went in on a weekday, store was quiet and had to repeatedly ask the same question on an item I was purchasing, many times before I could get a straight answer. I left the store and realised I’m probably echoing the same negative experience with certain staff as reviewed by others here. Although I would say, my experience probably isn’t half as bad, but I wished I had a more pleasant time there.

Customer service is unrivalled. Looked after very well. Didn't end up buying anything this time. I was served by a trainee who was excellent.

Never can find whatever you're looking for.the usual answer is that they run out of stick or need to order it.and wait for it.

A place to get first class quality products with staff attention to your needs with experience in their job.

I had been shopping in Hermès both city and Chadstone stores for many years. During lockdown, I met my sales Sha who is the best never ever! She was been so patient and helpful to choose items for me and kept update my wishlist! Excellent customer service and she is an asset to this store!

Had a repair organized in store and spoke to Anthea on the phone and she was so helpful. We’ve been thrown into lockdown after lockdown and I haven’t been able to go in to assess or collect my item and she helpfully emailed photos through to me until I can get into store. Thanks again
