Perfect spot. Great rooms nice and private all pre booking requests were arranged we arrive a lot bit early and that was no issue. The kangaroo and magpies visiting was a bonus. See you next time.

Visited the pool facility which is advertised as aspiring fed spa. In fact it's just an indoor mineral salt pool. I Think massively overpriced for an indoor pool. It's nice but it's just a pool at the end of the day. Not really value for money in my view.

We have been absolutely thrilled with our time at Hepburn at Hepburn. The villas are very spacious and have been thoroughly cared for to make sure that you can feel you're a guest in a 5 star hotel with its emphasis on luxury, quality, style and comfort. Hepburn at Hepburn is perfectly situated and everything you can want from bath salts to popcorn is at your fingertips. The rooms are beautifully appointed with the spa bath surrounded by glass enclosure with speakers in the roof so you can see the TV from your bath and enjoy stereo sound. It is well worth the extra expense especially if you feel it's time for an intimate, romantic and relaxing getaway.

Great place to stay. Our stay was tainted only by some inconsiderate guests taking our parking space but otherwise the place is beautiful, clean, and the surround sound in the spa is a great touch.

Really amazing looking room. Glad it looked literally the same as the photos were - if not better. Easy transition for check-in and checkout and loved the spa. It was one of the nicest rooms I have ever stayed at. So aesthetically pleasing. Recommend

A little closer would have been awesome but we didn't have a lot of time to walk to places. The accommodation was spot on couldn't fault it and the service leading up and what was provided was amazing. Thank you

We had such a fantastic stay at Hepburn at Hepburn for our honeymoon! They took our reservation at the last minute because we were very dissatisfied with the alternative accomodation that we had booked. They were incredibly accomodating and left a lovely message for us on arrival with lots of free treats. The fireplace and massive bath were a huge bonus. Everything was immaculately clean and the villa was the perfect size. The only issue we had was that the lights were rather dim throughout the villa which made it a bit tricky to apply makeup, however this definitely added to the romantic vibe so we didn’t mind. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!

My partner and I went away for a romantic weekend and that is exactly what we got. The villa was spacious, nice and clean, comfy couch, nice private balcony, a fire place which was perfect for the cold nights and the best part was watching movies from the spa bath with surround sound. I highly recommend this place. There was some issues with the internet and movies buffering but this was quickly sorted out by reception. They also brought us a box of chocolates for the inconvenience which was nice. I suggest staying here with someone you are very comfortable with and there isn't much privacy when using the bathroom. Would stay again!

The gas log fire makes it warm and cosy.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights for our honeymoon.
Easy to find, easy contactless check in and out. Super quiet. The fire place and the spa were amazing. The room was extremely clean! The staff were very friendly over the phone. Checked with us if we needed anything extra mid stay. Close to the hot springs and close to town. Highly recommend!

We spent a lovely weekend and were very happy with our accommodation. Slight issue with music casting to speakers.

This was our second visit to Hepburn at Hepburn. The villas are beautiful and private. We love it that you can sit in the spa and watch TV including Netflix. Couch and bed are comfy. Sam at reception is absolutely lovely. Some things didn't go to plan for our visit which was not to do with Hepburn at Hepburn but Sam still went out of her way to help us which we greatly appreciated!

Fantastic experience. We wish we had come back here instead of trying other local ones that we ended up regretting. See you again next time we’re in town

Been here twice and will come again - best customer service and clean stay. Jacuzzi in room is the highlight of our stay will definitely come back again

My wife surprised me with a weekend at these villas, Absolute luxury, amazing service, We had a hot tub in the room with a fireplace, so good on a cold night. Great place, highly recommended

Great short stay! Very quiet/secluded, however the Hepburn shops/restaurants are only a 9min walk/2min drive if needed, and the Hepburn Spa is just across the road. Everything was spotless and the spa in the room was so great to relax in. TIPS: The floor can get cold as it's mostly tile, so although slippers are provided, I would bring your own or some socks. Also a couple of reviews said there's no power points in the bedroom, but there actually is behind the bed if you move it a bit. Although it would be good if an extension cord was provided in the room as there isn't one close enough to the couch or table for devices/laptops.
