The owner spoke extremely badly about other customers in front of me, and the store itself is a relic to the 70's, items piled to the ceiling, covered in dust and pallets in the front of the store and just old bits and pieces piled high wherever you look. Be careful of the bait and switch. They advertised a clearance sale and told me to come in, but once I got there, the owner told me his "son" put the ad on by accident and his "son" runs the facebook page, which was all a big mistake and understanding. It's just the usual "grande sale" "grande sale" bait and switch.

Ask for Brian (Henry) really knows what he is talking about. All the other guys are great to. Prices are very competitive. One of the last places that really care that their customers are happy, even if you have a warrantee.only thing to remember.do go if you haven't got time for a chat. Highly recommended.

Wow this is the worst customer service we've experienced in a long long time.

We went into the Dandenong store today on Thursday at around 12pm looking for a vanity set and other things as I am renovating 2 of my investment properties. We were asking if the price can possibly be lowered as we've had great experience with the managers here a year ago with getting great deals. We even brought in gifts for the sales team because of this excellent experience we had.

This person who seems most senior salespersons basically said in exact words - Don't waste my time in the most disgusted face you can possibly imagine. This is absolute disastrous customer service and highly unprofessional. It was quite sad as we sent so many people there as referrals. Honestly speaking, we would have gladly accepted the original price if that man just told us politely that it wasn't possible.did not expect what that old man did.

Handy bathroom & plumbing supply store right near EastLink and Princes Highway with great service, prices and plenty of product on display.

Even if you have an appointment booked on the Saturday, don’t bother if you are have a distance to travel! Let’s just say we left 2hrs later empty handed & dissatisfied even though we arrived with a trailer & ready to buy!
Through the week might be totally different as there would be more staff.
