Amazing customer service! One of my jackets from Henne lost a button after having it for over 1 year. I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement button and they sent me out a few replacements within days. Thank you so much.

Went in store yesterday to try on some pieces to put into my work wear collection for a new job, and I wanted the pieces to be able to be styled casually as well. I was assisted by a beautiful girl downstairs who I didn’t catch the name of, but Jess who helped me in the fitting rooms was absolutely 10/10. Not only did she have so much product knowledge, but she was so helpful in getting sizes, suggesting pieces, and even helping me understand how to style them and where I can look for inspiration on the website. I bought nearly everything I tried on and the girls all made it the most enjoyable experience. Thank you!

First time visiting the store today and I had such a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and all the girls were very helpful. Felt very welcomed and the customer service was spot on. Looking forward to my next visit.

Had 5 Star service in this luxurious store over the weekend. Jacqui was absolutely fantastic & was almost like my personal stylist, she was very honest & nothing was too much bother. First time in store yesterday, and immediately greeted with smiles despite it was nearly closing time. I had a million things to try and on and Phoebe was helping me in the change rooms, with expert advice, sincerity and care!
I had the BEST experience! I left so happy and when I thanked her for her service I found out it was her first day working in store! I was so shocked, she was so composed and so professional it felt like she was someone behind the designing part of the business! Anyways she fooled me (in the best possible way)
