9I've had nothing but problems with this company and their home assurance department. Don't be fooled by what they show you on their display houses. The actual product looks nothing like the display home

My partner and I came through the Henley display homes early last year. Andy was very accomodating, transparent and honest. He helped us through every step of the way, and made us feel comfortable and reassured about the decisions we made.
Today we came in (almost a year later) to show family the house we chose, who hadn’t had the chance to look because of covid. Andy was welcoming and showed genuine interest in how we are going, and the home we are building.

Our experience with Andy has been exceptionally good. He is very responsive and got back to our queries in a timely and prompt manner. As a first home buyer, we felt well looked after with Andy as our Sales Consultant.
He also organised a walkthrough of an under-construction home for us that helped me understand the floor plan better and eventually enabled us make the right decision.
