I had the unfortunate task of having to terminate a building contract. A friend who also needed a construction lawyer at the time recommended Melissa at Henderson legal. From the start Melissa showed professionalism but the best part she was accountable. If I needed her she was right there. Emails, messages, phone calls, returned straight away. I felt like I was her only customer. Very refreshing when you have just had a builder who couldn’t care to communicate to you. The deed she produced was precise but was fair. The builder signed the document straight away. Not once was payment a concern to her, as she new financially it was a tough time for us. Recommend Melissa to everybody.
