3The Melbourne office staff are great to deal with, especially Kirby & Hanna. I have had one issue however this was resolved imediately and ever since then, its been a very seamless process. Looking forward to continuing services!
Poor Management in the Melbourne office. Emails aren’t replied to, phone calls never returned. Staff don’t turn up. They overcharge clients. No care factor, all about the money.
Terrible customer service, often left waiting days for a return phone call. Carer s do not show and use lame reasons as to why. Car won't start, slept in, or of petrol. Would not accept 30 mins shifts as it was not long enough for any staff member.
Children often left at school locations as transport home had let them down. Area manager is useless and so is Katherine Hill - client services Officer.
