The best service provided by the waitress in charge, very friendly, professional and focused to cater for the needs of its patrons.
If its Vietnamese Food that you are looking for, then Hem 27 is a place that cannot be missed, as it is Right up there with the best.

Fantastic, hand crafted delicious vietnamese food! My personal favourite is the rare beef Pho, and the glilled Squid salad. Love it)

I've been eating pho from Hem27 for at least 5 years now, I've tried pho in other restaurants and could NEVER find anything like what you get at Hem 27. Simply the best! Next step is to try pho in Vietnam aha.
Staff is super nice too

The food is delicious. The only down side is the new qrcode website menu. I get that it's somehow more efficient, but call me old fashioned, but good table service is all part of it for me. It really adds to the flavour. Annoying technology that takes away the personal, really detracts. But the meal was delicious.

Blown away by this place. Going to Hem 27 takes me back to Vietnam. Just the aroma on entering the restaurant brings back memories. The food is wonderful and the staff are too. Very reasonable prices for consistently good food.

Great food, rarely find vietnamese dishes! Best part is the service, the female waiter with glasses provides excellent service and look after the customers well!

We LOVE Hem 27. Have been coming here for years. Best Vietnamese food in Melbourne, and I’ve been to Vietnam. Would give it a higher rating if I could!

Amazing tasting snacks. Ordered the chicken spring rolls and wontons, reading some of the articles and reviews around the store while waiting for my order has got me intrigued to visit and try the noodles on my next visit

Been here two times now. The food we ordered was really tasty and the staff were really friendly too. I would like to try more menu items in the future.

A traditional style Vietnamese restaurant. Pricing was average for good quality Asian food. Would prefer if you could have a menu to read as opposed to online menu and yet I understand it is better for Covid. Staff were efficient and pleasant but not over the top. Food was very good. The chicken dish was very spicy so I would check hot spice level before I ordered again. Wouldn’t drive out if my way for it but a clean easy Vietnamese restaurant with fresh food ingredients. Note - they have glass bottles if drink which are always a bonus!

Ok ok. Bit over priced for the quality of food. Meat was under cooked. Will I visit again probably NO.

Ordered a Pho + coffee Noodles were broken and undercooked, there was no coriander, no chopsticks in the bag and the coffee was bitter. Which is impressive for Vietnamese coffee.

Been eating here with some frequency for a few years, never disappoints. Flavors are spot on, for example the slightly char flavors of fried rice.

A great find and we have to thank our Friends for that! There was a human error of getting things mixed up but the staff handled it very well. They were friendly and fast. Also very reasonable priced and yummy food. Will be back. All of the dishes we ate were above average especially considering the price and the atmosphere. They are BYO for drinks too! Thank you for feeding us!

The best pho to be found locally. Hole in the wall shop that doesn’t look like much from the outside but has the best Vietnamese for a reasonable price.
