We were a little apprehensive as we are about to walk into Hello World, as the other travel agency in Sunbury were rude when they told us that they don’t take walk ins! Come on Being polite isn’t that hard.
But instead Hello World and in particular Wendy were ready to look after us and an hour later we had booked our international holiday.

Cannot thank Joanne enough for all of her assistance and guidance in planning our holiday. Due to Covid, our trip to NZ was cancelled twice but Joanne kept us upto date and we finally enjoyed a magical trip to the South Island in Sept this year. I called into Helloworld Sunbury yesterday to personally thank Donna for arranging our train trip to Perth. Donna's work on the planning of the trip and the necessary bookings lead to a faultless holiday for us. I have just asked Donna to start work on putting together ideas for our next venture.

Decided on a last minute trip for my family to the Sunshine Coast.
Went into Hello World and was helped by Paola who not only got everything organised for me in a short period of time but was completely hassle free and made all the searching and booking process so easy.
On top of all the bookings Paola made sure to find me the best deals in accommodation and car hire as well as doing her own research on more activities in the area for us to do as a family.

We, like so many, had a dream holiday booked in 2020.

From the very beginning of the pandemic situation, Wendy kept us informed about the situation, worked with us to decide whether to or when to cancel things and provided excellent detail and advice about credits vs cancellations.

Her invaluable assistance resulted us in receiving a refund for flights booked with an overseas provider with minimal cancellation fees, which was a huge stress reliever for us.

At all times, Wendy was responsive and professional.

Whilst we were sad not to be able to take our holiday, we will definitely be rebooking through Helloworld Sunbury when we are eventually able to travel overseas again.
