Helloworld Travel Southland Westfield

Thought it was a good idea to book through a travel agent as we haven’t travelled since 2019. Honestly, they are hopeless. Didn't even book my husband and I sitting together on any leg of of our outward or home bound journeys. We only realised this after paying and making the booking. Such a pain. Would not use them again, too many hiccups.

DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of money, save hundreds of dollars by booking yourself online at cheaper rates than they can get here. They only told us this after we paid of course.

Whenever our family travels overseas (and we plan to go shortly) we always head to Helloworld at Southland. They have provided good advice over many years and are well led by Michelle who is exceptionally knowledgeable and supportive. The whole team are approachable and pleasant in their dealings. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Olga is so helpful and lovely, always goes above and beyond helping me coordinate my trips:) Thank you for making everything smooth and easy for me!

I am a bit of a fan of Helloworld, per se, having always used Sharon at Marion in Adelaide. I must say, Shannah provided great service at very short notice for current trip to Vietnam. Pro-active and helpful staff with money exchange co-located in store.

So happy with my expreince with helloworld. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They gave me an incredible deal on my flights and travel insurance too!

Do not use, avoid at all costs! Can't get tour bookings, flights or hotel booking right and when you bring this to their attention they call you a liar.

Avoid at all costs especially Tennille Mutton as she is useless.
