Helloworld Travel Dandenong

VERY POOR costumer service,
There was some changes in my flight and I asked for email confirmation but got nothing! When I came to the store they said its your fault!
My recommendation is to NOT use this agency…

I have 2 bad experiences with them, not honest in their job, we want just services what expectt as professional people, not just talking,

Ahmad attend to my inquiry what a fantastic person he is. Very attentive, polite and very knowledgeable. He Ahmad saved me alot of money and travel time lol. I highly recommend and support thier business. Keep up the good. Wish you all the best.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They made sure every aspect of my trip was covered, from flights and accommodations to tours and activities. They even provided me with helpful tips and recommendations for my destination, which made my experience all the more enjoyable.

I tried to get my visa, after trying direct with embassy they declined then i went through this company got it in few days thanks

They mislead me and changed their words many times and ultimately tried to blame me. That’s your problem you don’t accept responsibility and blame the customer. Now you say you did not find me in your system. Do you want me to post the tickets I bought from you. I bought 5 tickets from you on Srilankan Airlines in the names of Ali Rahmat, Ali Bakht Begum, Ali Furqan, Ali Ehsan and Ali Farhan. You also mislead me about visa. The visas you got for me and my wife were not actually visa they were travel permits to Pakistan.

Thanks for answering my calls on weekend, even at nigh time you are the best I strongly recommend this Travel Agency they will help you no matter even if you get ticket from somewhere else if you call for any changing dates etc they are there for you.

Plz don’t buy ticket from Helloworld in Dandenong! The reason is:
1: very poor customer service special (Haj Adel)
2: not professional! Our kids doing much better then Helloworld on booking ticket
3: they're lying (Haj Adel)
4: very rude and disrespectful

Rude useless Customer service. They not looking after Customers and act like they own the all the airports. If u not research properly u will be charge more than normal price. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.there is much better agencies around

I am new customer to Hello world dandenong agent. I honestly very happy with their services and high quality of customer service. I been dealing with Fatana maqsoudi and Mr Adil and both of them are great people and very friendly. I highly recommend Ms Fatana maqsoudi because she is very professional, respectful and kind person. BIG THANKS TO YOU GUYS AND ALL THE BEST.

I just want to share the horrible experience I had with “Helloworld”.

This is what happened; couple of years ago I’ve booked tickets with HELLOWORLD.
I traveled overseas with my mother, on our way back to Australia 3 hours prior to our flight we got to the airport to do the check in, but airport staff told us the gate is closed and the plane is ready to leave.
I was shocked, I showed them our tickets and said that we are even early, but they said the flight has been changed, update e-mail has been sent to everyone and because we booked the tickets through HELLOWORLD, they got the email and was responsible to update us about any changes.
I tried to contact HELLOWORLD and get help from them since they were the reason we missed our flight, but I got no help. I had to pay another $1200 and wait 7 hours in the airport with my mother which has health conditions and was very unwell at the time.
HELLOWORLD customer service is the worst, they are very irresponsible and unprofessional and disgustingly rude. They won’t show any respect for their clients and customer and won’t answer any of your questions.
If there is any problem with the tickets or there is any update or cancellation they won’t let you know because they are very unprofessional and you will loos your money and time.
I don’t want anyone goes through what I went and I really don’t want anyone experiences something like this because it is such a expensive disgusting experience.
There is NO WAY I book my ticket with “helloworld” ever again and I strongly suggest you guys DONT EITHER.

I have a had bad experience with their visa section? Where i paid then to apply for visa and they totally forgot about it and didn’t apply, when i got in contact after 2 week they said we forgot,
Then again i trusted them and ask them to apply for visa for my parents, I contacted them each week and month even went to their office they said we still haven’t got the visa.they were still very irresponsible, unprofessional, they again forgot to tell us that have received my parents visa 2 month ago even I contacted them,

When i made complaint they blame me for not contacting them which i did, showed them the profe and told, its the embasy fault, i paid them money it was there responsibly to let me know when the get the visa but they again Blame me or the embassy,

The worst travel agency ever, unprofessional very poor customer service.
They won’t answer you calls and they won’t care what going to happen to you after they take your money

Unprofessional and very poor customer service, they seem okay until they take your money after that they don’t even respond to your call when they do, they put you on hold for hours.they keep talking their language when you ask them for help! Sooo unhelpful and rude! I wish I can give them zerooo! If you spend your money spend it somewhere else were you’re valued as a customer! I Do NOT RECOMMEND IT At ALL!

My ticket was cancelled by emirat not by me but still they charged me 500 aud and they didn’t refund my whole ticket.
So I suggest to everyone to book online directly from airline company not 3rd parties

I booked my tickets two weeks ago with on one of their staff (Saeed). He was fantastic in customer service. Was very patient with us. Spend more than an hour tried to get the best deal!
