We have used Deb, Paula and now Susan at Helloworld Surrey Hills for over 10 years now and they always deliver on our family holiday planning. Their attention to detail is spot on, their worldwide and domestic travel experience is second to none and we’ve loved all the hotels, resorts and destinations they’ve recommended to us. So thrilled to be able to get back to exploring the world again using the services of Deb and the team at Helloworld Surrey Hills.

I have repeatedly used Helloworld in Surrey Hills for complex international holiday travel arrangements and found they to be totally professional and extremely reliable. This year has been an exceptional year with numerous trips incorporating extensive and complicated travel and accommodation arrangements across 8 countries including a Bunnick packaged tour, bespoke travel/accomodation and a Ponant cruise. All of this was co-ordinated and structured by Helloworld in accordance with our very broad brief. Paula was exceptional in assisting us to achieve everything we hoped for and more.

I went to ask about Business & economy flights & prices to Europe. Paula was polite but not helpful. She told me she did a general search engine and then kept on saying very expensive. I noted the price she gave on economy, she has marked up by $800 compared to online prices. When I asked her about business class, she asked me what about premium economy, I said no I was not interested. She then said the word "economy "was still there. I told her that it has nothing to do with the word economy but able to lie down in a business flight seat. She then kept on saying very expensive and did not give me specific prices /flights/times. I knew I did not dress in my best finery when I went in there but was very disappointed at the service after reading so much about Helloworld in the papers. I then proceed to another travel agency where the agent was very helpful and spent time looking at different options for flights and prices.
I left by purchasing 2 business class tickets on a very reputable airline.

We love organising our travel with Debra and the team at Hello World. They take the time to get to know us and what we like as a holiday. Helps create a great experience more than holiday. They've lots of great ideas based on their own travel experience. We recently had to totally rearrange 9 days of a trip because of the sudden closure of an airport due to flooding which would have been impossible for us to do stuck at an airport. All it took was an email and a few hours later we were back on track with new flights and accommodation.
