Had shopped here over the years but this will be the last time. Ordered a sale item online as a gift, only to find the tags were ripped off, and thrown into the bag- not even the matching size to the garment. After days of emailing I was told to just rip off the sale sticker and refix it. Even thought the tag was badly bent and smashed up. I was also told bc it was on sale that's how it came. I would not have ordered it had it have stated that it did not come with original tags. The garment was received not as described.

I was offered a new tag to affix myself; which did not arrive in time for the party. When I contacted them they asked if there was someone in the Elwood area that could collect it and deliver to me on their behalf. At the 11th hour I was offered a refund but left with no gift for the party my child will be attending. So disappointed with this service and ill attention once my money had been taken.

This is a gorgeous shop, but in my experience not accommodating if you need to exchange unused, gifted items. I found the customer service substandard and won't go there again.

The most beautiful local baby and kids boutique! The selection of clothing is clearly so carefully and lovingly chosen. Best part, the team are genuinely so happy and helpful, shopping there is like hanging out with friends.a true Elwood gem!

Rude, pretentious and unbecoming of a small local business. I went in to exchange a gift I recieved for my newborn only to find out they had a 2 week exchange policy, even for gifts. This was not stated on the gift receipt. She wouldn't even entertain an exchange or offer me any other option, and was really quite rude about it. Bemusing.

Such a beautiful little store packed full of exquisite clothes and accessories for your little one. The staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you pay them a visit!
