By the far the worst superfund ever. You will just accumulate losses over losses. I asked for a rollover more than a month ago and till now it’s pending.
In regards to their loans, they are everything except islamic as they claim. They are the first to increase their rates the moment the federal announces a rate hike and on top of that their interest rate is the highest in the market. The worst by far!

I had a very good experience with Hejaz. Worked with Talha in loan application team from pre approval to final approval, and Sabrina of Settlement team to finalize the settlement.
They were both very professional, responsive, courteous and supportive through out the process.

I completed my finance with Hejaz for house finance. Their team including Zubair, Sabrina and James helped in smooth application and transaction.

Horid they charge so much money they almost make double the amount of money and they do interest

Had a very smooth experience with the applications process for 3 of my properties. Definitely recommend for family and friends.

Unprofessional, arrogant. Avoid this lot. Waste of time and money. We wasted months with them before deciding to withdraw our application. They have no disregard for their clients and make you feel so blessed they are even talking to you. Even had the gall to blame customers for their glaring and obvious shortcomings

I'm not even sure if their source of funding is Islamic

It's all on you.now we are reverting to conventional home loan.which btw is 1000x more efficient, timely and RESPECTFUL. I am so sick I even withdrew from Hejaz Super

I would highly recommend Hejaz financial services for people seeking a sharia compliant home loan. It was such a breeze working with them.
I dealt with Zubyr Ali, who was exceptional. Zubyr went above and beyond to help me navigate the complexities of obtaining a home loan while also considering my unique personal circumstances. He was always ready to answer my questions promptly.

I never felt that things were being held up, if anything I was probably the one holding things up throughout the journey. I also loved how Hejaz came to me with options rather than throwing things into the “too hard basket”

Poor customer service and non-professional attitude. They don't return phone calls. They don't provide you with proper information on how the process works. Getting loan approval with them is not an easy task

I had a very good experience with Hejaz through out the loan process. I always got response to my questions and my emails same day or latest by one day. I see their process easy and understandable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly and always guided me at each stage of the process honestly and quickly.

I was able for settlement on the agreed date without any issues.

There is always a room for improvement and I would recommend to shorten the process (time wise). Also to inform the client about all charges before the loan process starts.
