The coffee is what you'd expect from a cafe, not bad by any stretch and likely the best in the area by a good margin. The service is impeccable and always a smile. Can't speak to anything beyond a solid large cappuccino though.

I did a trial there. At the end of the trial, the manager there said that it was a paid trial cause it was 3+ hours.
I gave my details (email, mobile.) and thought I was hired.

I waited to see when my first proper shift was and never heard back.
I never got paid and I Never got any feedback as to why I wasn't hired (have over 3 years experience).

I messaged and messaged while trying to be polite and understanding. This is extremely disappointing. Petrol isn't cheap.
Since then, young girls have been hired, so I only assume they wanted to use someone innocent, and never contact them again.
If I was paid, I will delete this review.
Otherwise, I do not recommend this place.

Agree with other reviewers about the poor treatment and service - the staff are cold, rude and egotistical. Which is a shame as this place would otherwise would be good.

What a wonderful find! I brought a group of older people here for a coffee morning this morning and we had the most delightful time. The coffee & food options were all excellent but the staff absolutely made our day. Lovely warm & friendly service, we all felt very welcome & looked after. Every single client asked me if we could come back here again soon! Thank you Kelly & team

Funky cafe with clearly a loyal following of regulars. Great coffee in good size servings.

The staff are amazing and the food and coffee is fantastic it's a small business opp Knox Shopping Centre, so pop down and support this small business the girls would love to see you.

Travelled interstate for a work trip and really wanted a nice breakfast. Friendly clean environment, lovely happy staff, food and coffee was amazing and plentiful. I had the bacon & poached eggs on sourdough with a hashbrown, cappuccino and OJ. Generous portions and value for money. Staff knew every customer by first name like long time friends. A+ highly recommend!

The food was delicious, unfortunately the service was not. The employees were very cold and a bit rude. As soon as we arrived we were told that we could not eat inside because they were closing at 12pm. We arrived at 11pm, an hour before and we only ordered a banana bread. The overall attitude of the staff was not friendly, hopefully this can be fixed in the future.

Very friendly staff and good coffee but my scone was as hard as a rock stale and my sandwich was quite average

Great little cafe with a gates kids play area.
Lots of space between tables for prams.
Delicious hot chocolate! Their tasting paddle is a must. Lots of treats in the display cabinet, or good breakky/lunch menu.
Toilet with change table out the back too.
Undercover outdoor seating available too.

My chicken schnitzel sandwich was generous in size but average in taste and chips were not crispy. Hot chocolate was nice and service friendly enough. Quite a few things on the menu manually crossed off. Disappointed that the kids play area mentioned in a few reviews and on their instagram was not there on our visit today.

This cafe has a lot of potential but unfortunately food just isn’t up to cafe quality, it’s very basic home style cooking. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. The cafe design its self is perfect for anyone with a little babe with its little indoor play area with a gate (amazing). It’s unlike many cafes in the area with this design. I was just disappointed by the food quality.two of the menu items we went to order were not available & then our actual mains just unfortunately were not made to a high standard you’d expect from a cafe. The heating of my pork roll wasn’t heated all the way through, sausage roll pastry was tough to cut through & the side salad was very basic. I saw somewhere that perhaps the cafe was looking for a new cook so maybe that’s the reason. Definitely a great place for kids with coffee and cake. I was unsure if I should write a review but the food quality really lets the cafe down if this was improved and I’d love to come back!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Very popular for take away and they do table service, inside and outside settings. Good coffee and light food. March 2022, they are looking for a new chef so the full menu was not available.

Finally found a new place to get my daily fix of caffeine. Great little place, natural feelings and smiling staff. Coffee is fantastic

A terrific cafe opposite Westfield Knox which attracts a lot of locals, like myself, with beautifully cooked and presented food and great coffee. The staff are just lovely and so helpful with suggestions and recommendations.
They know most people by name so it’s a very pleasant place to spend an hour or so. Highly recommended.
