Jess was so amazing to deal with, we would absolutely recommend choosing Heinz Ballarat and Jess when buying/selling your house!
We haven’t bought or sold a house in 12 years so were complete novices in the process - Jess stepped us through everything with clear instructions, great communication and encouraged questions- she was always just an email or phone call away. We had a fair bit of negotiating in our contracts and Jess took care of everything, leaving us at ease and stressing way less than I thought we would be! She had a lot of small loans to consolidate and payout but nothing was too much trouble - couldn’t fault her services. She was caring, personable and efficient and we would have been lost without her - highly recommend!

Adrian chooses easy way out, and doesn't know how to get to Family law court, be careful he is very slick and drip feeds money from you without accomplishing anything. When Adrian was on leave, Steven accomplished more in a week than Adrian in a year, but Heinz won't allocate him to me.

Jess has been amazing to work with and got me a great outcome for my first home. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good solicitor!

It’s been eight weeks since we moved into our new apartment. We just wanted to thank Sally Clinton for everything she did during the lead up to settlement. She was always such a steady and confident voice, and we really appreciated her solid advice and attention to details.

Had Adrian as my lawyer for family matter. Although he was professional but was very slack and negative. Had so much time to work on my affidavit but waited until close to the court date to do it then rushed me to go through it. Kept telling me that I would never win and was reluctant to present my case in front of the judge when I asked him to. When he did because I was persistent, the outcome was positive despite he kept saying otherwise. So the lesson is, sometimes you don't have to listen to your lawyer and stick to your gun. Adrian just wanted an easy job and didn't want to do much. I didn't think that his works was worth what I'd paid for so sacked him and went with another from a different firm. So choose carefully which lawyer will work for your best interest. Adrian surely didn't do that for me.

Would prefer to work with a brick than these guys. Poor communication and updates weeks and weeks after they hear about any developments. Rude staff that don’t even try to address your concerns. 0/10. Save your money!
