Great clinic, easy to book appointments either online or over the phone. We see Dr Jeremy Gale and he is always thorough, informative & caring.

My partner and I have been seeing Dr Sultan for 3 years now, at one point it felt as if we saw him more than we saw our own friends! Dr sultan is the most compassionate, knowledgeable Dr who actually cares about you, your well being and getting to the bottom of your concerns or finding the right people who will, he has put alot of funds into his clinic and to further his Education/skills for us, he can do alot of stuff locally here which I find so convenient. The clinic has always had the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, respect for all customers. I honestly would not ever believe ANY negative complaints if ever arise (and I am not trusting of any other doctors)
I would be honestly heart broken if Dr Sultan was to stop practising any time soon. The receptionist are always very fantastic to.

Dr Jeremy Gale has been my doctor for the last few years. He is well experienced and discusses your issues clearly and explains well. The reception staff are professional and welcoming.

Hands down the best, loveliest medical centre I've been to in many years of moving around. Every doctor and staff are lovely and excellent at what they do. Can't ask for more than that.

Not impressed with how Dr Jithari Palliyaguruge dealt with my partners health concerns, they came in clearly needing help understanding a condition they have been diagnosed with and we're disregarded and received rude communication. They were pushed out of the room even though they had booked a "long consult", after 5 minutes in with the doctor.

If your needing actual help I would not recommend this doctor.

The receptionist is very rude. I have been to this medical center several times and every time I go I experienced the same behavior from the receptionist, very rude and does not communicate at all.

Very unprofessional and unethical attitude from dr Yaraghi. Definitely shouldn't be practicing any patients.

So impressed with the service of Doctor Jeremy Gale. He was so informative and patient with me, answering all questions in details. It was amazing to see such compassion in a doctor who didn’t just want to rush you out the door and instead explained all options, expressed sympathy and expertise. Thank you.

The receptionist very rude. Worse communication- not clear and didn’t explained properly. The practice manager more worse lack of listens and lack of resolved issue. More sound protect their receptionist.
We are the patients severely conditions and have to deals with worse clinic receptionist services. We are vulnerable financially disadvantaged and sick, we got attacks from poor services etc.
I requested this clinic compensation to affected patients and apology.
We hope this clinic improves your customers services at least.

Second time booking an appointment with Dr Palliyaguruge at 9am, and by 9.20am she still hasn't arrived at the clinic.

Doesn't set the tone of a doctor's clinic that treats clients and their time with much respect.

Dr Yaraghi is extremely rude and unprofessional. An individual with such contempt for their patients should not be a GP. Also did not know how to wear a mask properly, even though I am immunocompromised. Thankfully Northland Medical is just down the road.

I cannot express my love for my doctor, her healing process may even outrun, the man above. I want to go over the meaning of GP. The doctors being classified as a "general practitioner" is an utter understatement of her work. All jokes aside, she really cares for her patients and takes pride in her work. So to end of with a quote I believe it is only necessary for this clinic. "Medicines cure diseases, But only doctors can cure patients"- Nelson Mandela

Three stars because the receptionists and female doctors are amazing. The men on the other hand.
All the women were fully booked, and had to see a male doctor due to persistent pain and bleeding when peeing. Diagnosed off the bat with a UTI despite three urine tests coming back clean of infection. Dr was not willing to perform any other tests and told me to see someone else regarding my 'feminine parts' (how did this person pass medical school?). Went to see them 5 weeks in a row for help and the pain and bleeding didn't go away, just got worse. Finally went to see a doctor at another practice, and was diagnosed with Chlamydia and treated properly and fully. Such a simple answer somehow missed by Dr Dabash and Dr Hussein who were not willing to perform the proper tests, get it together fellas!
Ladies, please wait to see one of the women, they are all incredible. Don't waste your time otherwise

Pathetic doctors, keep people waiting hour past appt time, reception a joke, very unprofessional

I wouldn’t leave this review if their reception was more attentive. I had to book a follow up appointment for an injury. I tried doing it online on Hotdoc but it wasn’t going through, tried ringing the clinic many times with them first rejecting the call & then not answering the phone at all!

Doctor Thiri 'Tiffany' Swe has to be the BEST doctor I have ever met. She is not only an amazing doctor, but cares like family and happens to be a terrific woman. She's helped me in ways that has me truly grateful and helped me through the ebbs and flows of life. Just an incredible doctor. The other staff are also good and I couldn't recommend this practice enough.
