I was at this golf club for an event and I wanna say the staff was so friendly and amazing, hands down, I was so impressed, thank you

My son & his partner were looking for a venue for a small wedding 30-40 people, with beautiful views, that was not going to break the bank. After checking out quite a few around town which has minimum requirement of 50 or 100 guests in the Yarra valley & even then it was going to be a weekday, I suggested maybe a golf club. The bride & I went online to check the ones in the area & found Heidelberg Golf club not far away. This turned out to be the best decision that they could have made. Their wedding was in October 2023 on a Saturday & with only 35 guests. The ceremony was conducted in a beautiful room & the separate reception room had spectacular panoramic views, you would not think you were just a few kilometres from Melbourne city with easy free parking for guests. The day was beautiful, everything went according to plan. Cara & the staff were fantastic, the service first class, food incredible & views spectacular. The golf cart rides out on the golf course for the bridal party was included to ensure the photographer could take all those magic photos amongst the gum trees etc. We could not fault this venue & would highly recommend it for any event especially a wedding without the high price tag. 10 stars!

Great venue, very responsive and helpful team. They were very engaged with us when planning for our wedding and made everything very well organised on the day!

Played at Heidelberg while on holiday from UK. The Professional, Kieran, and staff went out of their way to welcome us and sort out a replacement driver for my wife after her’s was damaged on the flight. The course was very good, loved the undulating fairways and the greens were superb, better than any we played on in the UK during our summer. Impressive clubhouse with views over the surrounding area. Great day all round and would highly recommend a visit to play.

Great course and very pleasant and welcoming pro shop staff. Recommend anyone to play a round there and enjoy club house hospitality afterwards

Played here for the first time today with the wind blowing pretty hard.and loved it.

Really interesting, well designed course that makes you think constantly. Back nine was definately the more interesting.

The tee boxes were small and crowned; found it difficult to find a flat lie on occasion, which is my only criticism.

Most of the holes ask for a particular shot shape off the tee in order to really attack but not hard to find the fairway Condition was good considering time of year.

Bunkers seemed few and far between (didn't find one all day) but there are a couple that are really well placed visually - the fairway bunker on the 10th and the front greenside bunker on the last par3 the two that stuck in my mind. From what i saw they were well maintained.

Greens were on the small side, moderately fast (down hill/down wind putts were interesting), played extremely true and had some very subtle breaks. Overall green condition was really good, super impressive

Service in the proshop was great and the club members we met on the range and practice green were friendly. Seemed like a great club atmosphere.

Lastly, consider a cart if you don't like hills.
Definately recommend a game here.

Lovely club, a bit hilly but good fairways ball sit up making it easy to hit, greens are quick and lots of breaks, well worth a visit, also good facilities and club house, there is also a bowling club

Had a cocktail function in the Eaglemont Room. Staff were fantastic, food was delicious and ample. Prices of the packages were great. The room was lovely and staff worked with us to make sure all was to our satisfaction.

I called and was advised that kitchen closes at 5.00pm. When we got there with my two hungry kids (a baby and a todler) they told us the kitchen was closed since 3.00pm!

We visited to check the rooms for an event and was told all guests of the event need to be vaxed. In fact, government mandates state that 50 people could visit a restaurant regardless of their vaccination status. However, when I mentioned this, the manager said it is policy of the club for everyone to be vaccinated.
Segregating the society is not the best decision when having a business. You have just lost 150 customers.

Also, the Eaglemont room still has that awful smell. It's been there for about 4 years at least.

I was a member some 10 years back, I was very impressed with changes and overall condition of the course.

Great place for a wedding. Fantastic food and plentiful drinks. Great staff interaction. Recommended wedding venue.

Great golf course all staff were professional and friendly especially The Clubroom staff so awesome!

Visited bar as guest of member. Great outdoor seating with views. Some excellent food. Attentive service.

Absolutely immaculate. Extremely expensive for a membership though. Which is the only way you can play there.

Despite the heat today it was fun playing 9 holes which is my usual weekly play. The course is looking great after the long lockdown in Melbourne.

I was bowling at this golf club, it is a good green for carpet, the club members were very friendly. The bar staff in the bar and Cafe were extremely welcoming and friendly.

Bought a set of clubs for my son. The pro, Kieran was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend going into the pro shop if your in the market for clubs and would benefit from advice on what may appropriate.

We celebrated our mother's 60th birthday at the Heidelberg Golf Club (Eaglemont Room).

We all had a blast and we received such good feedback from all the guests regarding the bar service, food, setup etc.

The food was fresh, tasty and there was so much left over that the team packed it all away for us in containers to take home.

The bar service was great too.

Management on the day were fantastic. They were all extremely accommodating and everything was beautifully presented and managed beyond our expectations.
