Lovely receptionist made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Yes I had to wait a while but that is the way of the world now. I got more information about my issue than ever before. DR Higgins was amazing

Over the past year I’ve been coming here and i’ve been barely satisfied with it. Rude receptionists from the first phone call booking. They seem like they do not care about the patients at all. I received multiple phone calls regarding a patient blood test that weren’t mine. The doctor was 25 minutes late to my most recent appointment with no apology. They are only nice to you once they know you are pissed. Given them 2 stars because at least the management is nice but too bad he’s not the one helping patients.

Receptionist doesn’t have any experience dealing with customers. Ask for an appointment saying different things. So dumb.

My daughter and I visited this practice for the first time and are absolutely amazed with their service. Dr Shobha took her time in understanding the issue at hand and was very caring and sincere (unlike other specialists we have seen for other matters whereby you feel rushed and not enough care factor). The receptionist Manuela was also amazing! I felt like she went above and beyond to assist us, from the friendly smile to getting the paperwork organised and sorting out our next appointment.

A couple of weeks ago I unexpectedly came up with a full body skin issue that needed urgent attention. Heidelberg dermatology went out of their way to see me as a new patient, and work out a treatment plan that is actually working. Dr Charles and Nurse Natalie gave the best continued care, being a health professional myself I know how important this is.
I previously referred my own patients to Heidelberg dermatology but know now first hand just how good the practice is.

Random calls asking if you can come in at times that don't suit and randomly cancelling appointments which you thought you had already booked in. Unapologetic and when querying why original appointment was cancelled, answer was "Bye". If only I could give 0 stars.

Update - I received a callback from the manager who has rebooked the original date I had booked and assured me that the reception would be spoken with regarding this incident. A good start however a wider culture and training issue probably needs to be looked at for really what are very basic levels of customer service and courtesy. Updated to two stars.

Dr Charles Xie and the nurse were very patient and professional when treating my child's mole. Highly recommend!

Awful, rude, unhelpful reception staff. They moved my appointment without consulting with me. Ensured me I could keep my original after I followed up. Then cancelled the original without informing me. They were unapologetic and completely useless.

No no no no and NO! Despite having a referral from my doctor (addressed directly to see this clinic) stating it was an urgent matter, they did not care to help. Told me the next appt was January and to look elsewhere. I understand the high demand in the 3 months leading to Christmas, however every other dermatology clinic I called after being turned down, had zero issues with providing me an urgent appointment. Reception refused to take the time to listen to me but loved the sound of her own voice. Refused to even put me on a waiting/cancellation list. If you need professional services: Preston Dermatology is the place to go! Don’t waste your time with the unprofessional and disrespectful services provided by this clinic.

Would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for great customer service as well good doctor. I had to change my appointment twice on different events and front staff were very accommodative to work as per my convenience and lovely to speak with as well. I consulted Dr. Charles and he’s been amazing with treatment and very patient in resolving all concerns.

I was hesitant after my first visit with Dr. Charles because I felt a sense of urgency from them and was significantly out of pocket. However, since then the clinic have been highly communicative and Dr. Charles called as soon as my results were available to talk me through them. My second visit was quick and informative, with the beat park being finally getting diagnosed!

Medical checks can be daunting, I was in good hands with Dr Nishan. He was thorough with examination and personal and patient with explanations. He was fantastic. Staff were warm and friendly, especially nurse Lisa. Excellent practice all round, highly recommend.

I visited the clinic for my 14yr daughter face acne treatment. Dr Shoba prescription helped to reduce the problem by 90%. Staff are very good & welcoming with covid protocols Hygiene. After a week there was a follow-up call from nurse to check if everything was ok. I would highly recommend the clinic for all Dermatology related issues.

After struggling with finding a cure for my son's eczema and some other skin condition, found a good dermatologist in Shobha Joseph.
I'd recommend her to anyone after my positive experience with her treating my son's eczema.

Fantastic clinic. Dr. Shoba is a top notch professional and an amazing doctor. She is really good with kids and her treatment has been quiet effective. We have been consulting her for many years and will be our first doctor for many more years. The clinic is well appointed with all key treatment and a special mention to all her staff who are always welcoming, courteous and super efficient.

Dr Joseph is a very kind and caring Dermatologist. I have seen her for 5 years now and she has always gone out of her way to care for me! Highly recommend her! She is up to date with all the latest medication and treatments.

I visited Dr Joseph today for a comprehensive skin/mole check due to previous BCC history. Dr Joseph was very thorough and reassuring and I have a follow up appointment in 6 weeks. Dr Joseph operates a modern and clean practice compliant with covid requirements, up to date technology, comprehensive treatment rooms, a welcoming reception team and knowledgeable nursing support too. I have visited many dermatologist practices over the last 20 years and this one is the best. I would highly recommend this practice to all my friends and family.

Dr Joseph has been kindly helping me with skin checks and genetic condition for several years now, and more recently my elderly mother. It's so rare to find a medical specialist who ticks all the boxes for being friendly, caring, and professional. Highly recommended!

I saw Dr Joseph this week. When I made the appointment I was made aware of the costs upfront. When arriving at the clinic I forgot a mask and the lovely ladies at reception quickly bought one out for me.
Dr Joseph was lovely! She made me feel comfortable straight away and was very thorough in explaining her diagnosis. One of the creams I was prescribed needed to be made up by a speciality pharmacy and the clinic organised that for me. I also need medical laser surgery and I was so pleased to be taken into see Sue who also made me feel very comfortable with what I need.
I can't speak highly enough of Heidelberg Dermatology and would recommend to everyone.
