Toilets smell horrible that you'll vomit if you use them. No handwash, no paper towels.

I had the opportunity to visit this club last Tuesday, and it was an unfortunate experience, likely my first and last visit. During my time there, I witnessed a staff member displaying highly aggressive behavior towards some customers. Regardless of whether the customers were in the right or wrong, the conduct was completely unacceptable. I strongly believe that such behavior should not be tolerated in any establishment, especially one that caters to families and younger individuals. I hope that the club's management takes this feedback seriously and implements better training for their staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all patrons.

Great facilities, always well-maintained and clean. Compared to other courts I’ve been, this is still the cheapest badminton court in Melbourne and never disappoints. Have been coming here since 2018 and no complaints since then. Hope this place stays around for a long time:)

The courts are in good condition, with good lighting though the floor is getting worn. Shuttlecocks are provided during social sessions. The only downside is the car park that offers quite limited space considering the number of courts available. This issue has been even worse as it gets busier after the Bundoora center closed down.

I have only visited this venue twice thus far, and both during socials and didn't book my own courts, so I cannot comment on the fairness of pricing. The facility in itself is reasonable, courts are decent, lighting is adequate. Toilets are clean. General cleanliness is good.

I attended the Fri morning socials on both occasions, which were a pretty laid back affair. Adults mainly, very friendly people. There is ample opportunity for drills and social games. My latest experience however was soured by an insensitive comment made by someone who I shall not name who partnered with me. I believe he is one of the facilitators. I am in my 50s, heavily overweight at 110kg, unfit and using badminton as a springboard for better hand eye coordination and general fitness. I have also not played regularly since I was in my 20s. During the game I was struggling to breathe and get to the shuttle each time, while my body and joints were determined to resist my every effort. At one point in the game after missing or mishitting one too many shots, my partner said to me, "you are too slow" which deflated and demoralised me. I had also been experiencing a build-up of fatigue and joint pain and so immediately took issue with that comment.

Those among you who have ever experienced an upward struggle to regain something you may have once had, with obstacles and sometimes ridicule/judgement would know what I mean. Comments can be unhelpful or even hurtful. In particular, unsolicited comments from strangers. My opinion such things should no longer be tolerated particularly in modern society.

Anyway use this however you want. I may never return to this facility but I should stress that this is only one person's opinion, about an interaction with another person and may not be representative of the opinions of others.

Every week we are playing Badminton on this court and the court lighting setup is poor
