It was my second time seeing a podiatrist regarding fungal infection and growth issues of my toenail and I was extremely impressed with Joseph's level professionalism and personable and caring nature. My previous podiatrist recommended expensive laser treatment for fungal infection, which after one session, wasn’t of much use and basically, I couldn’t afford to continue with. Joseph, on the other hand, informed me of alternative treatment options for fungal infection and explained the differences and success rate for each one. More importantly, he advised me, that although I have fungal infection, I also have toenail trauma which probably triggered the infection in the first place and that treating the latter condition should be done first if I wanted to facilitate recovery and nail growth. With my consent, he set to work on removing my highly undesirable and unsightly layers of nail growth. Initially, I was rather anxious about this non-invasive procedure, however, Joseph frequently reassured me and put me at ease by making the experience as painless and comfortable as possible. I was very happy with the immediate outcome of the procedure and his advice on post-procedural care and responses to any questions which I might have had during the whole consultation. I highly recommend Joseph for any podiatry needs.
