Great Mexican restaurant, food is tasty and service was quick even though it was a busy day with every seat occupied.

I don’t think I’ve ever been as poorly treated by a restaurateur as the time I walked into this establishment last Friday night. It was as if I had leprosy and had just limped into crown casino and asked where the showers were. The absolute disdain of which I was on the receiving end from the bloke behind the counter was puzzlingly degrading. The moment the words “take away” left my mouth he demeaned me in such a way that I felt I had no other option but to abandon my order altogether and flee. (I knew something was off about this place when it became immediately apparent upon entry my presence alone was an inconvenience). A shame because this place was recommended to me by a friend who also happens to own the adjacent Pub (G'day John if you're reading this). Never again.

Awesome vibes! Big shoutout to Maddy and sahil the waiters for making all of our night easy and full of fun! Definitely recommend it to everyone that is wanting a birthday group dinner or just for casual drinks!

Dinner at Hecho An Mexico was great, took a bit long for our individual meals to arrive and the order did not come all at the same time, but they were good when they arrived.

I absolutely love the food here. Have great customer service, particularly Bek and Mel. Would definitely recommend.

My favourite Mexican place is none other than Hecho En Mexico. This place looks absolutely amazing. It's a small yet cosy and convenient restaurant. They have plenty of options to choose from the menu. My go to is delicious burritos and onion rings. I've lost the count of number of times I've visited this place and have recommend to my friends and family.

Amazing food. Everyone is so lovely and friendly and welcoming. My new favourite Mexican restaurant. 100% will be coming back.

Fantastic food and cocktails. The food was tasty with great flavours, without being greasy. Not the cheapest place but would definitely go again.

We had lunch at Hecho En Mexico. Delicious food and amazing staff! Maddy and Tina were so good at service and clicked the pictures too for us. Must try!

Have visited this store several time previously and have enjoyed them and the food.
However this time left me so disappointed! Seating sessions are only from 6-7.30pm currently. Arrived and were seated outside. Ordered quickly. 2 meals NEVER arrived at the table and was revealed that they where never put into the kitchen. Above average wait times for EVERYTHING.
When told that food was forgotten, where offered to get the missing items as take away or a free dessert. This was at 7.15pm with only 15 mins remaining on our seating time.
After further complaints we were offered 10% off the bill which was over $100 already.
Continued to blame the “in-training” waiter instead of taking any ownership themselves.

After a lengthily and insulting debate with the owner/manager: we finally received 30% off the total bill. Still over $75.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service and will NEVER return to this store.

The food was so slow. There were only 4 tables in the place and our orders came out one at a time. My husband had almost finished before the other two plates arrived. The food was good.

Went in last night with my friends and had a great time! I had the onion rings and the quesadillas and they were both so good and came quickly. The staff were very friendly and we’re super accommodating as we didn’t book a table. We will definitely be back

Have eaten here twice since they opened, have not been disappointed. Great service, great food and great vibes. Would recommend to anyone!

We visited the Heidelberg Hecho en Mexico and it was delicious! They have great portion sizes and we loved the service! We ate their California Burrito and Ensalada. They were both packed with flavour and very filling!

Food was great, drinks were great. Service struggled a bit, we had a 7: 45pm sitting, and were enjoying some nibbles when they told us the bar shut at 9: 30. We had to quickly order mains and a drink. I think due to their sitting timeslots they are rushing people through.

I've ordered take away a few times from here since they opened. Always A+ excellent service! Food is amazing!

Went during the weekend for dinner with friends. Great food and margarita choices. Excellent recommendations and service from Mel. Highly recommend!

We’ve had takeaways from here multiple times now and we keep going back, food has always been consistently delicious and have always enjoyed them, nice and friendly staff as well.

We had our last meal out before lockdown there. Staff were friendly and served us quickly even though we arrived a bit late. I had a prawn taco which was full of flavour. We also ordered a chicken burrito and veggie fries which were very yummy too. We’ll definitely come back!
