Heathershaw's was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and helpful staff and quick to dispense and send my medication.

Helpful, efficient, thorough, fast, they have it all here and make what others cannot do happen. My hat off to you all for providing fantastic service.

There was 0 “support” when placing my order. It took no more than a few minutes.
It was also not mentioned at all that you source this elsewhere as you are unable to make it yourselves.

I previously left a 5 star review, but unfortunately my feelings have recently changed.
I ordered compounded Semaglutide with Heathershaws and found out they do not compound this themselves. They source it from Your Solution Compounding Pharmacy, and then sell it for a higher price to their customers.
This is dishonest.
Do yourself a favour and order straight from Your Solution Compounding. It’s cheaper.

I can highly recommend Heathershaws Compounding Pharmacy where I have been attending over the past four years. The staff are so friendly, efficient and professional, a family run business you can trust.

Was on vacation in Australia and needed to order critical medicine at this pharmacy. My medicine was not stored properly. So in my case I would say some extra training for staff might be in order.

Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable, friendly staff. Jenny helped me so much with my specialist prescription that I needed compounded on site and did all she possibly could to have it completed that same day, knowing how much I needed it for my allergies. Jenny and her team are great people and I couldn’t speak more highly of them from my own personal experience. They also stock a range of high quality products. Overall, highly recommended!:)

It’s rare to find such a caring pharmacy that combines service, products and kind customer interaction - I guess you used to find it in the ‘olden days’ but these women carry on the tradition which makes their pharmacy such a gem.

Heathershaws is my pharmacy of choice for prescriptions, vaccines and advice. Jenny has a fabulous team with a strong customer service. The home delivery is a life saver for my busy times.

Covid vaccine - great availability, easy to book, good experience in vaccine centre next door to pharmacy.

Heathershaw’s pharmacy crew is outstanding! Led by Jenny Heathershaw - whose mother, Jill, established the business - everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Don’t underestimate the importance of a compound pharmacy either: my special menthol-based dermatitis cream is so soothing & superior to manufactured ones! Lovely gifts in store, too.
