Heatherhill Pizza Factory

Been going here for about 7 years. Normally I would highly recommend. Unfortunately the pizzas I received this evening were poorly made. I believe they have hired a new chef. I will not be returning due to this fact.

Just moved to area and thought I'd try the pizza, it had been a staple every since, simply divine, quality ingredients and cooked with love.
And the price is more than reasonable. Under $30 for 2 pizza, garlic bread and 1.25l drink.

Thought I would give a local place a go. Wish I had never bothered. The blandest pizza I have ever tried. Would it hurt you to put tomato base on the thick, doughy crust? And when someone asks for no olives, please don't smother the pizza with them!

Used to be really good pizza but it can be a hit or miss more of the late.
And don't bother to ask for thin pan anything, the last 5 times I've asked for thin pan they've completely ignored it

We have been going to this Pizza Factory for more than 20 years. The service is great and the staff are very efficient. The food always arrives hot and within the time they say. You can pay by card over the phone or cash at the door.

Received my order almost an hour late, drink was swapped out for something I didn’t even like and the pizza was tiny. Do not recommend.

Ordered gluten free pizzas which seemed ok however I ended up vomiting it all up during the night. I was in bed sick for two days from a gluten reaction. Clearly the pizzas weren’t gluten free. As new locals, we really wanted to love this place but won’t be ordering from them again.

Excellent pizza despite the fact they put olives on mine. I hate olives but the pizza itself was very good and not too pricey!

Staying in Frankston, were from Gippsland. Had no idea where to order, so many places but so glad we ordered from here! Best pizza we have had in years! Garlic pizza wasn't greasy or oily, just super delicious and our Super supreme was perfect! Thank you

Yummy Pizza! The deep pan is great. I recommend asking for deep pan to be cooked well done otherwise sometimes the dough isn't fully cooked.

Awesome pizza, always happy to accommodate dietary requirements. Also really like that they do kids chicken and chips now, keeps my little one happy. Definitely be back.

The pizza was a1, have had deep pan and traditional bases, absolutely faultless. Will definetely be back

Up there with the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The tomato sauce they use was sweet like jam and the base was like cardboard. It’s really hard to mess up a margarita but they managed to nail it.

Pizza's are worth it omg tasty thick they spare no expence if i could have pizza every night I'd be going there a huge thumbs up
