Went to buy a connection for the trailer to my car. $50! Couldn't believe it. They are sooooo expensive.

So helpful and a great range of products! Delivery of our soil and gravel was super quick. They had a big range of plants too.

They would not let me get all my supplies I needed to bury my grandmother, but that's okay I sat her on the deck chairs over the weekend, and kitten chewed her pinky finger off. RIP Nona.

Wonderful staff with great country service and helped me back on the road on the motorbike.needed that extra nut

Well what can I say about this place. Since the first time I went into the store after moving to Heathcote. I was so impressed by their customer service. Teresa was the staff member serving me and she couldn't be more helpful. If they haven't got something, they can order for you. Prices are reasonable and there are always bargains in store. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking out the front and they have a drive through section for picking up larger items, timber, concrete etc. Highly recommend using this great local resource for your next project. My chicken coop using some recycled items and the rest supplied by Mitre10 Heathcote.

All the staff are friendly & eager to help. Stocking a wide range of building, Reno & household items. Every time we’ve been there with a list of items to get, they either had them or ordered it in for us.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable they have a couple of discount bins with $10 specials always worth a look

Their prices are quite reasonable and they have a decent range but, the staff needs work. Often waiting a long time (or having to go looking) for someone to serve you. Some are friendly, some just going through the motions. Management should consider having someone do a secret shopper type thing to gain critically needed feedback about the staff.

Not very helpful on this occasion, spent a good 30 - 40 mins waiting for someone to help with paint. Apparently repricing shelves takes propriety over customers. Will take our money to Bendigo.
