Everything one could want in a medical practice, both reception and medical staff are friendly, welcoming, professional, supportive and thorough.

Phone Reception to book appointments did not know what they were doing, totally confused most times.
Had a multiple phone consultations with cardiologist Dr Munnur. Extremely rude, no consideration, did not listen, and rushed. Five minute phone consult for a heart problem, that says it all. Did some tests externally, further phone consultations, did not have record of where I was up to in tests. Confusion from booking staff sent for further tests, next appointment not made by staff even if they did I would not go back. Went to another cardiologist and he was helpful sincere and gave good treatment that made sense.
Normally do not do reviews but i don’t want others to have a bad experience.
Shop around and go to who you think is good for you.

My sister got my lung function test done here. She had COVID and she is severely ill. They said results will be ready in 3-4 days. After 1 week we called clinic but results were not sent. I called heartscope, they said they are sending it right away; but did not send. I called them again and again every 2-3 days to request them to send reports/results to the GP. Every time they said they are sending it right away. Receptionist from my GP has also called them so many times. Now it has been 25 days! They still don’t give the results!

Rude.
I was supposed to get a notification for an appointment over two weeks ago.
I didn't get it.
Was supposed to have a test then they changed it to a phone consultation.
He asked four questions and dressed me down for inquiring about the phone consultation.
I have been referred to someone else.

Friendly, helpful reception staff, nurses and doctors keeping me well informed of the tests required and results as soon as possible.
