The customer service here was excellent. I was a bit stressed with everything going on, but the receptionist (Ebru) was very supportive in explaining things to me

The customer service is really poor and I don't know what they do between 4.30 p.m. And 5.00 p.m. Instead of doing patient caring they are gettig a 30 min break to preparing to go home. They are really happy to get the last appointment cancelled.

I was very anxious about going for stress echo test yesterday, 20/1/21 was nearly above to cancel the appointment. I should state that staff who tended to me was extremely kind and very respectful. My fear was thrown away after the very supportive and wonderful lady in charge in front reception explained me the test and she also explained me all the forms very well. There were quite a bit of forms but she helped me all the way to fill in. I believe there was another trainee receptionist too. From the moment i arrived, i was taken care very well. Doctor and other staff was very kind and helpful. I really appreciate Dandenong teams tremendous work.

Very good experience during this corona pandemic situation. Clinic was very well protected and information was displayed for patients. Sanitizer upon arrival and masks was given to change as the patient wasnt wearing a surgical mask. Very friendly and helpful reception. My brother in law forgot to bring his referral copy for his appt but the girl in charge didnt cancel his appointment. Even it was very busy at that time she still called my gp clinic and managed to trace it down. She was very kind and professional. She might be the incharge as I saw she was teaching another girl while waiting. Sonographer didnt allow my self to go with the patient and that is totally understandable during this time. Overall a very good experience and bulkbilling was very helpful as well.

Bulk billing cardiology service. Very convenient place and wonderful friendly staff. Today i forgot my referral but this girl at the reception did not cancel my appointment she somehow managed to trace down my referral and allow me to do the test. So happy and impressive service. Thank you.

Exceptional service. Very friendly staff and bulk billing tests. Front receptionist somehow squeezed me for a test on the same day when i asked for an earlier appointment. So impressed and recommend everyone who wants to perform any cardiac or respiratory test.

Excellent patient care and customer service. I believe she was the manager a very friendly girl who went that extra mile to help us as we forgot to bring our referral to perform the test. She didn’t refuse us, she somehow talked to our Gp and managed to get it done. Very friendly and helpful. Building is old from outside but inside is very clean and tidy. Car park spots at the back which is convenient.

It is clean, quiet, calming and very friendly reception and a manager. Highly recommended

Highly experienced and competent medical staff who take you seriously. Careful medical planning around what works for you and what your goals are on conjunction with an appropriate pathway has been key, and the doctors and staff here are very helpful.

This isnt your usual medical centre folks, this place dosent have the vibe of some cattle in cattle out bulk billing place.

Staff are great and the clinic is in a convenient location. You might not be able to get an appointment if you walked in because they goes by appointments and need a bit of preparation for the tests but they will definitely fit you in if there’s a spot vacant on the day. Lovely reception and technicians. Premises is old but clean and tidy.

Unclean dusty area
Rude inconsiderate staff
Smells bad/mouldy inside lounge area.
They Called an hour before appt explained that I'd only be able to get half my appt completed as someone had called in sick,
which wasn't a big issue. Arrived told to sit down because I had forgotten my referral. After 30 mins I was called up just to hear "we won't be able to see you today without your referral" I stated "can we get my doctor to fax it through" she asked for the doctors name i stated the doctors and I said I had given this information via phone, got a very abupt rude response stating "well it just says carrum downs! That's why I was asking" my response was "no need to be so rude, i work in the medical field aswell & its always nice to be nice to people" after another 20 mins i was asked to fill the form, and i said why wasnt this given to me at the start - response was "because we were waiting for your referral" they hadn't even called the clinic till I had asked them too, meanwhile I'd already been there over an hour. Both girls on reception were so rude to everyone who came in for there appt. Understand that.when your under pressure at work, not to take it out on your pts, as they may have somewhere to be aswell or their day may be stressful too. You should be concerned and apologetic that I have been waiting an hour since my appt time, I really didn't think leaving my referral at home would be such a problem this day and age. Since when pts of ours leave their forms at home, only takes a simple phone call whist they fill the form PS. I never write bad reviews, but this had to be said. Even made an anonymous account.
