I found each of the staff, from the technician, nurse, receptionist and dictor to be top notch.

My appointment was today with Dr De Silva, i couldn't be more thankful for his wonderful calming reassurance and explanation with everything that i am going through and explaining the further tests

If you’re a young woman looking for answers DO NOT GO HERE. Go to any other public or private service that will take you.

Im ysing an account without my name as I don’t want this to effect any other health service I get.

Dr Dimuth De Silva took a look at my ECG (that I’ve been told my another doctor showed my heart rate was pretty high) said I was fine and took the fact I’m a woman with anxiety and tried to blame that for the fact I have shortness of breath when exercising?

When that didn’t work, he tried to blame it on being unfit (like I haven’t tried to become fitter), then said it was a lung issue (despite me telling him my lung function is perfect.) I asked what to do next and he just said go back to your GP (what I was doing for 10+ years.)

He will blame whatever possible to get out of doing the hard work, he made me feel like I was crazy. Forked out 300 for a 2nd opinion and wow, I have POTS and need medication to lower my heart rate.

If he’s reading this, I have nothing but distain for you. If you feel like you can’t treat a patient fairly, or don’t have knowledge of a topic don’t label them as crazy and tell them they need to see a therapist (despite already having one).

JUST REFER THEM TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely shocking customer service. The services provided do not reflect the premium pricing at all. All my appointments so far have been late by a minimum of half an hour. Today they are 90 minutes late and counting, for a Telehealth appointment that will take approximately 5 minutes! The staff in the call centre try to be helpful, but the reception staff at the clinics are rude and dismissive. Today will be my last appointment with them.

2020 Heartscope checked my Heart and due to seriousness of illness arranged for me to see De De Silva next day, he was booked out and saw me after his last scheduled patient
He spoke to me in clear easy to understand language, he arranged for me to be seen within 2 days at hospital as a matter of urgency
His skills as a Cardiologist saved my life. I can not recommend him enough
I am his patient for life and I am happy to recommend Dr De Silva and Heartscope to anyone that needs help with Heart issues

What's the point in making a booking at a certain time slot, if it's not even slightly achievable. I waited over an hour past my booked appointment. It wouldn't be hard to communicate to clients long wait times. Just do better.

Called ti book for a stress echocardiogram. They booked me in and, they sent a link to upload the referral, I filled it in straight away. They also they told me to also expect another email woth info on how to get there and confirming my appointment.
Nothing received so I had to follow up with the conference for my appointment and it was in the system. When I went there. I pass the referral and my medicare card and they gave me a form, that made me realise that they had me booked for another type of echocardiogram.
They saw my referral 2 times, they spoke to me in the phone 2 times and one on my visit, and they didn't realise that that was not the examinationm if there was not a photo on the form i would have dohe the wrong tests.
I took time off from work, paid someone to take care of my kids kust to go there and here they cannot do it.
I asked for a attendance certificate and they said they can provide it, but they only gave me my referral back. I had to go back to ask for it again.
A day full of stress thinking about the examination ended up with huge frustration because receptionists cannot do a the simple task of booking an appointment.
Such a mess.

Was running a bit late for my appointment at 3: 15 and decided to call ahead to let them know. Person I spoke to asked what time I expected to arrive and I said maybe 3: 30, just to be safe (I got a bit lost up in Thomastown). As soon as I hung up I spotted the clinic, parked and went in. Receptionist explained there is a ten-minute grace period, after which the appointment is cancelled. I explained that I only said I would be fifteen minutes late, I was actually only five or six minutes late, but they refused to let me have my appointment and booked another two weeks away. I won’t be going.

I acknowledge that I was late. I was told to come ten minutes early, and that’s on me. But no one stated the ten minute grace period. And if I hadn’t made the courtesy call explaining I’d be late, then I probably would have been seen. I can’t attest to the quality of the cardiologists, but the service at reception was frustratingly below par.

I’ll just state now for anyone with an upcoming appointment: you cannot be more than ten minutes late. There, at least someone has told you. And if you’re going to be less than ten minutes late, certainly don’t call to warn them.

I took my mum to 2-4 Collins St, St Albans VIC 3021 clinic last week.
Firstly about the clinic -
Disable access is unsafe, the slope is uneven. Gaps in between the slope. Wheel chair or walker can’t get in.
Less space entrance. Lots of chairs as you enter. Door open in. Uneven surfaces m Unsafe work place for patients. Why work-safe do not check these places.
Secondly about Dr Dimuth de Silva. - he confessed me. We wanted to get advice about a current medication, he asked me to decide on that. I m not a medical expert to do that. That’s why I went to see him. At end he didn’t ask “ do you have any questions “” he ignored me, as I asked him questions.
He is very busy man. Do not have time to spend time with a patient. Rushing.
Very bad. Not going again. Australia medical system should fix these kind of practices centres (house turn in to medicle Center 2-4 Collins St, St Albans VIC 3021) and professionals.
I even do not want to give one star to him and the practice

Today I visited heartscope medical centre wheelers hill for a stress Echo test. Medical staff provided me a good service. Cardiology consultation, Dr.de Silva demonstrated his extensive medical knowledge, his ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The heartscope is lucky to have such a talented doctor on their team.

Look for someone else! Cardiologist was fine but the support staff were less than useless. Two appointments - both messed with within 3 days of the due time. Even told me that they had left a voicemail telling me my appointment (made 6 months ago) had been changed the week I was due to go - when I don't have voicemail! They lie and couldn't care less.

Dr Desilva did not have any courtesy whatsoever to greet me as a patient or even look my way. Have never met a more arrogant Dr than him in my life. Did not pay attention to the stress echo that was being conducted.absolutely disgusted

Buyer beware. Do not leave the care of your health in Heartscope's hands.
I was given a reference by Heartscope to follow up with a scan. The report was sent back to Dr K Munnur however I heard nothing from Heartscope. After calling the receptionist a week later, they couldn't find my report nor could they speak English very well. Hence I asked the radiologist to resend the report, but once again no follow up call from Heartscope. Luckily my GP called me a month later to request a follow up as the scans needed further action.

I had to wait 9 wks to see Dr De Silva. I rang jus now 13/5 10am to confirm my appointment on the 19May n time. I was on the phone for phone for total 36mins to be told tat i dont have an appointment. She asked for my name, date of birth at least 5times. I said ive waited 9 weeks n im not waiting another 9. I insisted she check again, all of a sudden im there. She blamed it on the old system n have updated the system. This is very stressingas i was told by my gp my right side of the heart is blocked. Will give another review after the consultation. Not happy

We were lucky to have Mary (Wheelers Hill) as our Sonographer. She is very efficient; professional and super helpful. We could not have asked for a better Sonographer.

Worst customer service over the phone! Neither can properly speak nor can understand English. Keeps keeping on hold to get one of their branches phone number!
