Heartscope

My mum had her first appointment here today and had a great experience so far. Receptionist is very friendly and professional. Dr Ai Vee is very professional and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to wait long and good parking. Thanks Heartscope St Albans!

My dad has been seeing the cardiologist to have tests done. Care and service has been 2nd to none by all the staff.
The only issue is the parking and the wait times at the clinic for a scheduled appointment, which I am sure can be looked at and addressed.

Denise has been to Heartscope on various occasions. She has always the staff to be very helpful and efficient, especially the lady at the front counter Tess.

Heartscope specialist clinic are very amazing the receptionist and the doctor are very humble and explain everything before even you ask I recommend this clinic for anyone that had respiratory problems!

I had a very good experience with this clinic. Appointments are available with in a short period compared to other clinics. Doctor and the staff are very friendly and giving a very good guidance.

07 July 2023 my partner took his 92 year old mother for a heart check up. They arrived at 10: 20 for a 10: 30 appointment. At 11 am they were still waiting, and the only ones in the waiting room, so my partner asked reception how much longer they had to wait as they had been waiting for half an hour. She went to check with the 'cardiologist', who had been chatting to someone all that time, so he realised he had someone waiting for him, came out and called them straight in. As my mother in law is in a wheelchair, my partner wheeled her in but there was no room for the wheel chair so my partner asked him if he could help move the trolley bed to fit the wheelchair in but he said "I am a cardiologist I don't do that". The friend he was chatting to earlier started helping my partner and only then he helped move the bed to fit the wheelchair in. Next he would not help her get her top off because he said " I am cardiologist, I don't do that'. He said at least half a dozen times "I am a cardiologist, I don't do that' to any requests for help.
WHERE is their compassion?
This 92 year old fragile lady with dementia was in so much pain after being seen by this 'cardiologist' that she does not want to see any other health care people. This medical centre should not hire such rude, arrogant workers with NO duty of care. Needless to say DO NOT take older people here specially if they are wheelchair bound.

Had a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.

All staff have been absolutely wonderful and caring. All procedures are thoroughly explained. I highly recommend Healthscope St Albans to anyone.

Highly professional. Ai Vee Ng is an amazingly intelligent Cardiologist, she is so polite, helpful, lovely, informative, and dedicated to research and information. She is one of the best medical professionals I could ever ask for. I also really love the Phone Call team with Heartscope, they are great!
