Heart & Soul Tattoo

I got my first tattoo here yesterday and I’m absolutely ecstatic with how it turned out. T. J did a phenomenal job, taking the references pics I brought with me and adding her own style and skills to elevate the final product way beyond what I’d imagined.

As this was my first time getting inked I was understandably nervous. But entering the studio I found a welcoming and calming space which helped to put me at ease straight away. When I sat down with T. J to talk about the process, her obvious knowledge, experience and her confident and relaxed demeanour helped me feel safe and confident in my decision. I knew I was in good hands:)

Have had two great experiences with this shop! My girlfriend and I have each had two pieces done each one by a different artist and all have been great! They accommodated to our small amount of time we had even though we walked in, Will be back next time I’m in melb! Thanks all!

Lovely guys, nice and clean studio with a very friendly and professional atmosphere. Managed to get a walk appointment the same day with Stuart and he did such a good job exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m visiting melbourne!

My partner and myself were squeezed in last minute tattoo by Brian who was really easy going, knowledgeable and experienced artist that I’ve come across after visiting a number of studios around Melbourne.

Couldn’t recommend Brian and his team enough. Easy to get to in Melbourne’s CBD, clean and cool.

Absolutely amazing experience from the time you walk in to the time you leave, can't recommended highly enough. I was lucky enough to get a tattoo from TJ and I couldn't be happier with the result! She was professional and relatable and an amazing artist. The team in the store are a great group of people and really add to the amazing experience, if your visiting Melbourne or a local this should be your go to parlor!

I've been to many tattoo shops over the last 11 years and I have to say this is one of my favourites.

The crew who work here are very welcoming. Good vibes, good chats amongst the crew and customers and my favourite is the good music!

TJ has tattooed me a couple of times and I am so delighted by her amazing tattoo skills and kind demeanour.

10/10 would recommend. Even just getting to the studio is such a cool experience, something we haven’t experienced as out-of-towners. The team were so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable, offering us a walk-in appointment the following day. As someone not from Melbourne, I will definitely making the trip back just to see them. Thank you to TJ and the team for accommodating myself and my fiancé and making our trip so memorable. I just had two tattoos done by Brian and I could not be happier with the end result. I'd only ever had one small tattoo done before and I was a little apprehensive about having 2 more, but Brian could not have made me feel more comfortable. He was extremely attentive to what I had envisaged, as these were two very sentimental tattoos that I wanted. He listened carefully to my specifications and gave me his professional opinion and I was so thrilled with how they both turned out. They are perfect! I had a full day session with Brian and OMG he did not disappoint. I'm in love with my new shoulder piece and would recommend this parlour to anyone wanting a specific/detailed design. Staff was super friendly and will definitely be going back!

TJ has done three tattoos for me over the years. I keep coming back because her art is so good and she works so well to create an awesome reinterpretation of my dumb ideas. Brian is great too, and the music rocks.

I came in for a tattoo on my back on the 27/03/21. When I first got it done I couldn’t realise that the guy (don’t want to mention the name as I don’t want to put the person down) that do my tattoo went way too deep on my skin and have cause damage to it. I’ve only realised it now as I went to a few different tattoo artist to do additional tattoo around it and all of them could easily tell that the person that did my tattoo causes blowout. I am very disappointed as it’s not only a permanent damage, it’s just so unprofessional especially for having such a high review. I think the guy was in a rush as I was a walk in customer, he should’ve declined instead if he doesn’t have the time. As his action causes a permanent consequence to someone else. I would never come back nor recommend.

Lovely, friendly service and were very accommodating for myself and my boyfriend! Real relaxed vibe and the tattoos turned out amazing. We were both absolutely stoked. Highly Recommend
