The team here are amazing! Everyone from the receptionists to the dentist (Jeremy & Claudia) to the team at ADAS who performed the general anaesthetic a huge shout out to Toula but my anaesthetist Dr Reuben & Warren the nurse of the day!

I had avoided the dentist for years and years to the point I needed a tooth removed and had no other option.

From start to finish, the professionalism, care and empathy these guys have demonstrated has been like nothing I’ve ever experience before.

When I say I was nervous, I mean nervous! I didn’t want to get out of the car for my initial appointment but this team kept me calm the whole time.

I was stressing for nights on end the day of the extraction and nervous about general anaesthesia as I’d never been under before! My journey was very straight forward and over before I’d even known it was done! Couldn’t feel a needle, Warren was guiding me through everything and I didn’t even realise I’d gone to sleep until he was waking me up telling me everything went smooth and well. I didn’t even know it was done.

I even got a follow up call at 9: 00 that night asking if I was okay.

This team has gone above and beyond in every way possible and I now will be looking forward to going back in for routine check ups!

I’ve been going to Healthy Smiles for a couple of years now. My young son and I normally see Chantelle and we are always in good hands. She is friendly, professional and highly skilled. She has completely turned around the condition of my gums through her treatments and extensive education how best to manage at home. My son also feels at ease during his treatments with really enjoys his visits with her! I also recently saw Dimitri and was impressed with his professional, gentle and thorough approach. He goes out of his way to explain everything and is very reassuring. We always have great, smooth experience here. All of the staff and are friendly, respectful, caring. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Thanks for Jeremy and his team who have paid enough patience to my daughter's invisalign process. Two years seems like one day. During every visit, we were treated with smile and patience. I remember that in my first visit, Jeremy made two plans for my daughter's orthondontics, stating clearly for every plan's advantage and disadvantage, not selling anything and it is free. I was touched by his processional ability and without visiting other clinic, I decided on Healthy Smile. It proves that my decision is correct. Doing invisalign here is very easy and professional and the price is reasonable. I will recommend it to everyone concerned.

Dimitri is such a kind and caring paediatric dentist and makes my children feel happy and relaxed during an appointment.

Normally I have Victoria who looks after me and is amazing but today I had Dimitri. I'm a nervous patient at the best of times and having someone knew didn't help but I have to say Dimitri and the team were wonderful. They eased my anxiety to get through my clean. Every step was communicated at the highest level and I'm glad I've found these guys to look after my teeth and gums. The consistency of the level of service should be applauded

Today I had a second wisdom tooth extracted by Healthy Smiles and it went perfectly.
During my first extraction I was too busy concentrating on my toes tingling and didn't even know they had pulled the tooth. My partner had to turn the car around because it was over and done so quickly.
I was terrified of today's appointment because this wisdom tooth was more submerged and being pregnant, much of the pain relief options are off the table.
I could not believe how supportive and friendly the dentist and nurse were.
The genuine warmth and caring was beyond what I could have hoped for and again no pain!

The team at Healthy Smiles dentistry were so welcoming and kind, providing me with a wonderful opportunity to experience the way professional dentists conduct themselves. This gave me great exposure to the dentistry industry and has solidified my coureer path in this industry. Anyone looking for work opportunities

Chantelle is a gangster with the teeth grinder and has removed my cavities and filled my holes with great precision. Every time I visit her I become so tired because her treatments are so therapeutic that I can barely speak to Jon at reception who is very gentle and kind.

I used to see Victoria, who was spectacular, often but unfortunately she no longer treats me, that goes to say she hasn’t forgotten my name every time she walks past.

Also met the head dentist once, he forgot to send me an email for orthodontics.

I am so happy I found Healthy Smiles. The staff are always so friendly and caring. Chantelle is so amazing and patient with our kids. She went above and beyond for our daughter’s first visit to the dentist to make sure she had a good experience. I can’t recommend her enough.

Horrible experience
First of all, they are very expensive
Not professional
And the last thing they take your money and when I asked for my history they said no we are not able to share your history with you

I waste my money and time with them
I’ve been dealing with them for more than two years
No value to their customers
And all of their work is really bad bad

I trust in them but when other doctors saw their work they said “ they made you lose two teeth for nothing”
I don't recommend anyone to visit them
They will take your money and waste your teeth and time

I came into Healthy Smiles needing my teeth fixed due to a stranger hitting me at a pub - smashing two teeth and completely fracturing another which needed an implant.
I was so scared and worried “will they do the right job; will it hurt” etc.
I’ve never seen such a perfect implant/veneers. I literally get compliments from so many people - I get told I have a “Hollywood Smile” a lot.
Dr Ved truly knows what he’s doing and took out some of his time to help me that extra mile. The care, compassion, precision & love I’ve received from Healthy Smiles has made me so grateful & has helped me so much dealing with this freak “accident”.
Dr Ved and his team are absolutely amazing.
I couldn’t recommend a dentist more.
I now go to them for regular check-ups & it’s been an absolute breeze!

I had the best experience ever at Healthy Smiles with Dr Debbie Setiawan and her assistant, Susmit. They were reassuring, quick with their hands, and I am so grateful she was able to extract my molar in one piece. There were no sutures needed, no swelling, no excessive bleeding after (even though I had been on blood thinners), and everything healed very well. I would recommend anyone who has dental anxiety (or not) to come see Dr Debbie at Healthy Smiles at Blackburn South. She's THAT good - worth the travel. Highly highly recommend. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them all to her!

Would absolutely recommend for any dental work done! I have had fillings and clean done and the service and value was exceptional. Dr Kae clearly explained the details through every step of the way and I am very happy with the work done.

I have been attending Healthy Smiles for many years for my dental checkups.
Have always received brilliant service.
I recently required a lot of work completed, Kae was exemplary in her explanation of what was required. She meticulously talked me through procedures each time, always carried out with care and kindness, putting at ease each time.

Dental assistants were also so caring every visit.

Reception staff always remember who you are and are always so kind too.

Had a wonderful experience with Chantele, dentists are not my favourite places in the world due to childhood experiences. However Chantele was kind, supportive, friendly, very passionate about dentistry and made me feel safe. Thoroughly recommend her to anyone, and if you have children saw the lovely photo board with children smiling so send them to her.
