I ordered a product October last year fast forward to now I never received my macro mike strawberry jam protein powder pretty disappointing

Healthy Essentials just keeps surprising me with choices.
I have found CHOCOLATE!
You know the kind u put it in yr mouth and it just oozes on yr tongue till yr taste buds kick in and u got the taste yr brain remembers and you don't have to rely on yr olfactory system anymore to smell it to recall it.
The vego choc bars are delicious and hazelnuts add a crunch to the eating experience.
Now if someone cld make a hamburger with the lot for a coeliac, lactose intolerant, yeast allergy and gastroparesis person.as the song goes "What a wonderful world. "

Website was a little difficult to navigate, but the shopping experience was great. I received my products within 4 days of purchasing. This was from one side of Australia to the other to a small country town in WA.

Had a craving for salted Caramel peanut butter went to place an order for 3 jars but as the delivery was quite
expensive I decided to order a few extra items to put in the cupboard, to make the order tworthwhile - however when my delivery arrived it was missing 4 items 3 of which were my peanut butter, after several emails to follow up I was given a refund. However if they had contacted me to let me know that they were out of stock I would have cancelled the whole order as the delivery fee was too much for the few items I did receive.

UNRELIABLE
I have emailed this company to no avail! I ordered some face masks from this website and they were advertised as shaped face masks to sit over the nose… but instead I received a square piece of fabric with uneven ear loops with no shape whatsoever! I’m extremely disappointed and I did request a refund but qhaven’t heard back at All!

And to top it off… the listing for those face masks no longer exist on their site!

I ordered bulk cloth face masks, was sent the wrong ones and company is refusing to refund or exchange and now ignoring my calls and messages. I am unable to use the ones I was sent for the purpose I was purchasing them for. Do not recommend them at all their customer service is shocking. How can I company send a substitute product without asking if it is ok then refuse to replace with the product I ordered or refund my money? !

Very happy with hemp oil for dog's. My dog's back legs are so much better and he even has more movement.

Very quick delivery and when I received the incorrect item, the correct item was also delivered quickly and with no issues. Healthy Essentials Australia were very understanding when I reported the incorrect item had been sent and ensured the correct item was shipped asap. I would definitely recommend them. My eldest can't eat any gluten and his partner is vegan so it is not easy to find a store that supplies staples and special food treats that they can both eat - but this store caters to them both. The website shows a great range of foods and delivery is quick. Recommended.

Great experience. There were a couple of items missing when my order came, but customer service was wonderful. Said they would talk to the packing team, and the missing items arrived a couple of days later.

I use the Aloe Drink and have found it to be the best I have found in many years of searching. The service and delivery has been excellent and would advise anyone looking for a healthy daily drink to use this Aloe drink daily for a few months and you will see for yourself. The other products that I have purchased have been of excellent quality also.

I only ordered X 12 jars of peanut butter. I think that it is best that they are standing upright instead of side ways. So if you guys do that from now on that would be appreciated.
