My child had two Vicswim lessons today. Surprisingly, the female staff at the front desk asked me to pay the entry fee twice. What's ridiculous is that their fee description at the front desk clearly states "entry fee: $5 per day. " When I inquired about this charge, she said that the policy was changed last night.

Why must pay the whole week entry fee for vicswim it is unfair ， in your website sais can pay each day！！ very bad expereince

Compact environment, good caring teachers. Love their commitments to the lesson. No fuss, just focused around what they do their best. My son has been learning nearly 4 years, never complained, he just loves it. Front desk is super friendly.

Pretty much the worst swimming pool I have ever been. The facilities were poorly made with the showers door-less, leaving us with no privacy. Each class contained 6 students and 1 teacher, with a lane that was way to squished. When a swimmer was returning from their lap, bumping heads was inevitable. Also, they charge $4 entry fee each time when attending swimming lesson.

Do not come. I repeat do not come. It's horrible here I don't think my child is even okay they are so rude and racist and it's so unacceptable. I will make myself clear do not come.
