Lovely, helpful employees, a great range of pharmacy products, cards, and beautiful gifts, all in a smaller space. I have bought so many presents for people from here on my lunch break!

CAUTION
This place is a waste of time.
They gave fliers being handed out by doctors across the street advertising immunisations but do NOT, I repeat do NOT have nurses on staff during these hours. Wish they’d pay me for time I took off. Pathetic.

The team at Healthsmart are extremely professional, genuine and helpful. On top of the convenience of being located in RMH you will be very well looked after by the staff there. Highly recommend

The pharmacists here are amazing. They are so helpful, kind, and knowledgable. All my questions always get cleared up and they ensure I feel confident with any new scripts.

I came to return an item unused but as it exceeded their 7 day return policy they wouldn’t accept it. I understand it’s their policy but it’s disappointing none the less give the item was over $90.

Sorry everyone I can see good comments here but unfortunately, I came here to get better and they give me opposit medicin to get worse.

Staff is friendly and helpful. It is very convenient as it is in the hospital building. Price is not competitive though.

Fantastic service, just opposite the hospitals in the middle of the health precinct and open 24 hours! Jenny was amazing, especially at 2: 30am after an emergency room visit. Cheers

Very helpful even when extremely busy.was able to get my script filled when everywhere in my local area was out of stock. Not sure about the people who mentioned the huge price differences.my script was $39.50, only a few $ more than the chemist warehouse online price which I was more than happy to pay since no-one else could help me.

Prices for prescriptions are more than twice as much as Chemist Warehouse. I wouldn't suggest using them for continuing scripts. I was duped for a year.
