HealthSmart Pharmacy Alfred

Unfortunately today my view of the service and easy staff of this store has totally changed. I came down from the spinal ward as my back in extreme pain due to a fractured C6 after hours. I understand they were closing but I had what I wanted needed NO time browsing or even needing help by any means. The response and rude attitude actually shocked me evidently. I had never reviewed this attitude or approach from any other person within the store before this. Unfortunately this has crossed a boundary for me who spent over 40 mins yesterday being supportive and caring throughout my break to ensure that a customer wasnt stealing from you as I didn't feel it was appropriate to leave you girls to deal with. I will no longer be supporting this business.

I haven't been in an old time pharmacy in 20 years.the staff are so professional and friendly. There is a lady shop assistant that dresses very neatly, she is well mannered, she is like a silver service waiter.she attends to my every inquiry with genuine care. I am mentally challenged and none of the pharmacist treat me differently. They nicely priced gifts.the medicine is done quickly for such a busy store. I am really impressed by the lady. I would employ her in a second when I was working.

Might be a little dearer in some things but Angelo has a reputation as being the best compounding pharmacist in Melbourne

The staff at this pharmacy are so helpful. They always do their best to help me get what I'm looking for, and nothing is too hard—sending a big about out to Vivienne for being the best.

Great service with friendly staff. I was surprised at the range they could fit into a small store, they had everything I needed and friendly helpful advice, as well as fast service for prescriptions.

Great pharmacy. We spend a fair bit of time at The Alfred so this is our go too pharmacy. Always feel welcome when going there and if our little one is in tow the staff normally greet her with stickers and smiles. Not a bad word to say about it.

Rude staff, treated me like an illegal immigrant when asked for certified copies. They even made me pay for them. My previous experience was to be asked for "donations" but here they demanded money per document.

This is a busy pharmacy in the main lobby of the Alfred Hospital. Savvy pharmacists, quick service, and nice people. Worth a visit if you current pharmacy isn't helpful.

Fantastic Farmacy! Pharmacists are fantastic, super kind and friend as well as answering any questions thoroughly with care. Staff are kind and friendly too and always keen to help. Even if you're not at The Alfred, worth making the trip to have a pharmacist you can trust and service that's worthwhile.
