Couldn’t rate this clinic any higher. I have had multiple scans here over the last couple of years ranging from X-Rays, CT’s, and even my pregnancy ultrasounds. The service I have received from Wendy, Lyn, Gabby and Janelle over this time is exceptional. Right from booking the appointment all the way through to getting my scans and for my pregnancy receiving my print out photos has always been delivered with care and kindness. If I could give this clinic 100 stars I would. Keep delivering the amazing service ladies well done! ️️️️ ️

Read the reviews before my appointment today and was expecting the receptionist and staff there to be rude, but they all seemed kind to me. The lady who did the ultrasound on my leg was very gentle with the test and kept apologising when it hurt, but it was unavoidable due to the nature of my injury. Went in with low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Thank you for helping me get an appointment when it was difficult to get one at the other diagnostic imaging centres near me.

Had my 20 week scan here and very happy with everything! Reception were lovely and the lady who did the scan was amazing, explained everything, didn’t rush and got some cute clear photos that I had been waiting for since falling pregnant. Also love that they have a big screen above the bed you can see your baby clearly during the ultrasound. Highly recommend

Janelle was so lovely, miss 4 needed X-rays and she loves to have a chat, Janelle made her feel at ease and it was like they have known each other forever!
She was very calming and sweet and made the process smooth and easy!

Staff are extremely nice and professional and affordable.l am now always going there in future.

Wendy the receptionist was very helpful and organised a referral very quickly for us as our referral from the USA didn’t qualify. Thanks Wendy!

Called this morning to book for a scan, the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE. I hope the management will do something about this.

Called many times, nobody answered the phone. After 5times, finally the receptionist answered the phone, but she was so rude, so I went somewhere else.

Phoned clinic today wanting a same day Ultrasound and Xray for my partner. Receptionist, Wendy was helpful and squeezed him in as he was in a lot of pain. I did have to wait a while on hold but was worth it to get a same day appt. Thank you and I totally understand how hard your job is.

Went for my first pregnancy scan in 2014. The girl sonographer was unprofessional, rude and once finished she sprayed dessinfectant on my face as she was spraying it on the screen next to me but purposely missed. We had been nice and didn't do anything to her for her to act this way. We later lost this baby it is a terrible memory of what was supposed to be a nice experience.

Very rude receptionist, never seen this type of receptionist staff, dont know how to handle the job, should change asap.

Rude receptionist. I asked for an appointment for a 20 week ultrasound, she said when are you 20 weeks? I replied and told her my due date then tried to work out when I would be 20 weeks as I am still a few weeks away. She answered with a horrible attitude saying I asked when you are 20 weeks not your due date. Everything she says to you, she says with attitude and does a lot of sighing, not willing to help with anything either.
I have been here 2 times before for scans and she was always friendly to me, even talking to me and bad mouthing her management for making her learn a new system and do training.
I have decided to go elsewhere for my scan.

Very slow and poor service, the reception lady couldn't handle this job. Find some young staff!

I see some pretty poor reviews here but everytime I have phoned and come in for an appt the reception staff have been a delight and very helpful.

Have never experienced reception staff as rude as the ladies at this clinic. Both rude to patients over the phone and face to face. How hard is it to use basic manners when dealing with people instead of laughing in someone’s face because they have accidentally asked for the wrong thing! Absolutely disgraceful!

Reception appalling, I have called 7 times today and been put on hold without a chance to speak. Left hanging there with no response back.

What a disgraceful service. Dont bill me when I dont show up for my appointment because no-one would talk to the customer.

Receptionist (old lady) was very rude when asking her if I could have a copy of my son's scan as my son forgot to ask when he was being scanned. I put her back in her place nicely:)

Rude staff at the reception, next time we are not coming here. Stay away from this place.
