I have been through some hiccups with my application, but she always finds solution to every problem and always has great words to say. There should be a minus star, Worst company to work for, they expect you to work a minimum of 10 hours per day and drive from one side of Melbourne to the other and when you can't or refuse to work those hours due to family commitments or travel so far they cut you off and terminate you without hesitation.

Horrible company. They don't care at all about the hardships of their employees they are only focused on how much profit they can make. Allocations staff and management are super rude. Not empathetic at all to their employees

To Nurses who are considering joining the HCA Perth branch (WANA), I would strongly recommend joining another agency or apply direct to the public system.
Highly disorganised.

Very rude staff. Not recommended. There are other agencies around with more organised system and friendlier staff.

Wonderful Agency! So much caring from all the staff. Once I allocated myself a shift with bit long distance, around an hour, there was someone call me before the shift and make sure that I was ok to drive that far distance, and said to me that if they could get a shift close to my house, they would swap it for me!

My favourite nursing agency. Have been working with HCA - SA and VIC branches for three years. Good pay rates and supportive admins! Proud of being a part of the team.
